Love your videos. I'm curious on your 50/50 blend spline. What brand and where can I get it? I'm trying to go all American Products. Love the channel brother.

Great question and honestly, I have no idea who makes it..lol. my Aluminum Supplier carries it and I just order 20-30 rolls weekly. I will find out the brand name

How big is too big? I have a 5x7 window and the spine I put in the middle has a gap between it and the screen material. I'm thinking I should create two screens versus one large one. I haven't found a good video that shows the spine in the middle and how the screen material stays close. In a small window it's "close enough" but in a larger window I can't find any common sense rules. This video is great and shows the temporary spine. Looking for a permanent spine.

If it is 2 windows side by side, then make it 2 windows. Solar Screen is a very heavy fabric and making a 5x7 look good and stay good is difficult. With that said, using 1" frame will help tremendously and a crossbar for support, don't spline it, will help hold the weight as well.

hey man how do you get exact cuts on your cutting bench. When I make mine I am always off 1/4 on some screen frame. Could you make a video showing how you make exact cuts.

I’ve only seen this 1 video, but something beyond the pink shirt and jorts tells me you’re a wrestling fan. I will investigate lol.

Thank you. Helpful information. Do you recommend 90° corners.

I'm not sure what that is, however I prefer a mitered corner that is nice and tight

A how to that shows zero steps on what o do, nice job. Screen does look great though. Just to bad you didnt have any video of it actually being built.
