Making Space: Caregivers
This weekend is Mother’s Day, but I consider it a day to celebrate anyone who is a caregiver to us. Perhaps you were raised by a grandparent, a sibling, a cousin, an aunt or an uncle. Maybe you have two moms or two dads to celebrate on this day.
I know this can be a challenging time for those of us who may not have a strong relationship with our mother, or those whose mothers or caregivers have passed away. If you’re having a hard time this weekend, I’m sending you all the love and comforting vibes. ❤️
