অতুলনিয় স্বাদে সুজির মিল্ক পুডিং | Suji Milk Pudding Bangla | Lebanese Semolina Pudding -Eid Dessert

In this video, Layali Lubnan or Lebanese Nights ( Semolina Milk Pudding) recipe has been shared. A perfect dessert for special occasions such as Eid , anniversaries and birthdays.
Ingredients:
1st layer:
Half cup sugar
Half cup Semolina (suji)
1 litre milk
1 tsp rose water or orange blossom water.
Sugar syrup:
1 cup sugar
Half cup water
Half tsp rose water or orange blossom
Cream layer
Half cup Milk
2 tbsp sugar
Half cup ricotta cheese or cream cheese or chana
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp vanilla essence

Usually ei dessert ta te mastic gum use Kora hoy ekta different flavor. Rose water diye taste Kori nai. This is new. Will try it.
