- In this video, Layali Lubnan or Lebanese Nights ( Semolina Milk Pudding) recipe has been shared. A perfect dessert for special occasions such as Eid , anniversaries and birthdays.
Ingredients:
1st layer:
Half cup sugar
Half cup Semolina (suji)
1 litre milk
1 tsp rose water or orange blossom water.
Sugar syrup:
1 cup sugar
Half cup water
Half tsp rose water or orange blossom
Cream layer
Half cup Milk
2 tbsp sugar
Half cup ricotta cheese or cream cheese or chana
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp vanilla essence

Anaya 123 ha jabe.. but at least iktu whipped cream diye serve koro nahole iktu incomplete lagbe
Usually ei dessert ta te mastic gum use Kora hoy ekta different flavor. Rose water diye taste Kori nai. This is new. Will try it.
ha mastic gum ta amar ekhane khuje paini... ar ebhabe ami koik jaigai banate dekhechi tai tried it out. you can also use orange blossom essence tastes pretty good
