If I didn't know this was a premium box, and just saw the video, I'd say that's VERY OBVIOUSLY a base box!!!
Not only did I not keep a single thing out of my box this month, I actually had to purchase *several* things from the BASE box during pop-up!
I really don't appreciate not getting any items that follow my profile, but then having to spend *MORE* of my money and purchase items I'll actually use!
Please consult with ipsy on how to customize boxes, because they've been doing it correctly for years, and y'all can't seem to get it right... ever. Like, since I've been subbed.

I had the same issue with my boxy boxes. Very seldomly did I receive products that followed my profile so I canceled my subscription and instead went with ipsy. 😒

@@yourneighborhoodfriendlyst9413 I've been subbed to ipsy for years, but I cancelled another sub for this exact reason. When I was looking into which new beauty subscription I should get, Boxy had this long, detailed quiz, and I thought oh, great! This will be great!
*NOPE!* To this day, I don't understand why they have us fill them out. It couldn't matter less.

I had one of the worst boxes I've ever had this month, and I prefer a skincare heavy box, as well.
They couldn't even get that right 😒

I can't wait to receive my first premium box! It looks good! The only thing I wouldn't be happy with is bronzer as I don't use it..so hopefully I can avoid getting it!

I didn't get to choose for my premium actually but I chose the lip and cheek set and the tarte cream for September. 🥰 I actually love their sea line and I'm pretty excited about the seraphine botanicals lip and cheek set! 😍
