Great video... I live in harbour view currently and Ive seen them. Tbh i am not spending so much money for such a tiny space. Its a nice starter for like college renting or first time renters. Im a country yute and im used to yard space and I prefer my neighbors not so close. I have seen way better and larger houses being built for that much. To each their own still, not for me.

The main bedroom should have double bathroom sinks, the shower should also have a tub, the land space should have been a little bit bigger. 15 or 18 million the max should be for these properties almost 23 million is robbery to be honest.. smh
Don't like the kitchen at all. The area for the stove is very small doubt it will fit a 32" stove. The storage under the staircase should have been used for a powder room and the current toilet used for a pantry. I believed that would make more sense. No ceiling fan wow!!!
