I think Selena is a "not so" hidden treasure on this show. She's given great dialogue, delivers it perfectly and most importantly, shines just as bright as Steve and Martin. So nice to see her fill out this excellent trio.

She gets production credit kind of as a symbol of her role being on a par with the other two. It's not like she's initiated or overseen anything on the production. Not unusual for stars who join productions to become names on the "producer" credits.

I LOVE THESE 3!!! Only Murders in the Building is one of the funniest and most entertaining shows I've watched in years. Their chemistry is wonderful and I'm glad Selena got this opportunity; she is the perfect complement to Steve and Marty!

Selena Gomez has quietly become a brilliant comedian. Some didn't seem to enjoy her performance on SNL because she's always so deadpan but that's my favourite flavour of comedian so I'm loving it.
Selena's entire demeanor and engagement with these two legends has changed so much since the early press tours of the show. She's so much more relaxed and seems to enjoy them much more.

She has her own makeup brand now, hope she does skincare too that I can use with her makeup, she’s sunk into helping mental health programs & started her own through her collabs and makeup brand. Selena sure has had an increase in adult fans/supporters, that is greatly because of the show 'Only Murders in the Building', Steve Martin, and Martin Short, they are all great reasons for that, the show it's self is brilliantly written, and it's not considered a children's show. I am in my mid 40s, and I have been her fan since late 2010. She was already a very talented and funny person and actress, yet I do admit that her working on the show with these kind hearted, talented, and hilarious genius comedians has helped to increase her confidence and her talent to a whole new level. That has all helped to make her talent shine at a whole new level.
From when I became her fan I knew that one day she'd be shinning like she is today, yet it has happened much more suddenly/faster then I ever thought it could.
Not to mention that her younger fans are now adults. I started watching her show on Disney Channel and following her career when I was around 9/10 years old, and I'm now in my 5th year of university

Martin Short along with Nathan Lane are probably the two greatest entertainers currently working. I'm sure there are others but I can't think of them off the top of my head. These two though they are always firing on all cylinders. Everything they say is some kind of bit and you can feel the energy through the screen. You can tell that they love performing and want the audience to be entertained no matter where they are. It's incredible.
