Earth Day 2022 - Why do we celebrate Earth Day?

The 22nd of April is celebrated as Earth day every year. The day marks the anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement in 1970. The importance of Earth Day has significantly increased in recent times due to a larger conversation around Climate Change. This is a reminder for all to protect the environment, restore the damaged ecosystems and live a more sustainable life. The theme of World Earth Day 2022 is 'Invest In our Planet' calling for businesses to shift towards sustainable practices.
