I literally stopped video and did 3 min plank (I hate plank) and went to the mirror and told myself “you are doing great!” w good smiles then feels so good! Small habits matter but celebrating yourself in daily life also matters so much! Thank you so much for sharing this! I’ll keep doing this today for my tasks as well! 🎉
How do you know if your goals are realistic? For example, it's no good saying 'I want a multimillion pound business by next year', because that's probably not going to happen.
I think saying “I want a multimillion pound business by next year” is a great goal!!!. Telling yourself it’s probably not going to happen is a limiting belief and you’re already shorting yourself from moving forward... Instead think, how would someone with a multi million dollar business behave right now.What does their day look like? Then you begin setting goals on changing your behaviors, actions, thoughts towards what someone with a multimillion dollar business would do! Think of getting 1% better everyday. Haha this is just my personal perspective of course and how I interpret what Rob is saying !!! Good luck and start now!!!
