Hey Noah, I think we all feel this way at times on big trips. For me , I think the heat and stress is a big factor. This entire summer, I've been waffling on my couch trying to find some cooler temps to ride up from Virginia to Nova Scotia. About 1,000 miles. It has a brutally hot and record setting summer. At the end of the day, you ride your own ride. One of the reasons I ride solo. I ride at my pace, distances, and places. My cup of tea are slower backroads like Blue Ridge Parkway.
