You can tell Everything Everything it's not just another band that speaks nonsense but actually bring subjects of social discussion just looking at what they've done from the very beginning. Their first single (the FIRST thing they decided to put out and show themselves and say "Hello world, we are Everything Everything.") was "Suffragette Suffragette", which talks about woman rights ("suffraggettes" being women who fought for them) and now, years laters they release "The Mariana" which talks about male identity and suicide or how the way masculinity is perceibed has changed over this years. And not even starting to mention what they have been doing in the middle.
