You did such a great job with the pacing of your storytelling around 6 mins, I was really immersed into it and noticed how I got all tense bc I wanted to know how the story went on fast xD

Hope, you're doing better or at least, getting better!
When you're dealing with doctors and health problems, always trust your gut instincts; that's really essential.
Your own intuition never lies. - If you have the feeling, that your doctor(s) is/are clueless, arrogant, just experimenting around, more or less ignoring and not at all really listening to you, that's a huge red flag!
Go to other ones asap if possible, it never hurts to ask for a second (and third) doctor's opinion!
You can only heal with the help of doctors you can trust and communicate with.
If you're having bad gut feelings towards doctors, they might be right; unfortunately.
I'm telling this from my own experiences after a nearly deadly accident ~25 years ago (in 1994). It's a very embarrassing story though and I don't want to elaborate it too much further here...
(It's no "sex brought me to the ER" type of story though, lol).
But basically I didn't have health insurance and the whole situation was very suspicious right from the beginning, bc the doctors didn't want to release me from the hospital for months (!) without any real reason or making any progress in my treatment.
(Having a rare, medically challenging injury or condition might be a "very interesting topic" for the doctors, but it's a disaster for the patient, bc they want to study this as long as possible).
They've been lying to me and my parents about nearly everything to keep me there.
They didn't tell me the truth about my condition at that time (= intentionally wrong diagnosis) and about the real prognosis.
Then their lowest ranking doctor - who had realized, that I was mentally very close to jump out of the hospital window - informed me secretly, that they're in fact just experimenting. This confirmed my bad feelings and suspicions I've had there for the whole time.
But I had to promise him not to tell his collegues/snitch. He advised me to see doctors of another hospital of my choice asap and to urgently make an x-ray of my bones.
They btw were as damaged and necrotic as the rest of that bodypart and proved the entire treatment in that first hospital as completely senseless.
(That they'd never made an x-ray had always bothered me and had lead to my bad feelings and suspicions. These first doctors were good in distracting and confusing me though, or simply talking in Latin over my head).
I'm really nearly happy about my bad mental condition at that time and certainly grateful for this one doctor's honesty.
As my mental breakdowns were the main reason they had to finally release me and this gave me the chance to see another new team of doctors.
Turned out later, there's been international research into finding a cure for necrotic tissue, skin and bones. Which they developed one year later in the US.
It sucked to be caught up in the middle of their "scientific research" though.
These experiences gave me severe PTSD, depression and due to these months of delay/experimenting, I got hepatitis C per blood transfusions I "needed" cause of blood loss. (Blood loss caused by their experiments and some mistakes they'd made).
Hopefully your situation isn't even close to being that complicating! - I'm just seriously worried bc ... when it takes doctors that long to diagnose correctly, this always reminds me of my own bad experiences with them.
Unfortunately I'm completely without socials, since Google+ has ended. So I'm really out of touch and have no idea, if there's any possibility to contact me.

Obviously I'm having major trust issues with doctors since that time. So I'm insecure anyways, if I'm the best person to communicate with, when it comes to the topic "doctors/health problems". - But I'm here, if you're having similar feelings/suspicions, problems with your doctors or questions.
I'm truly hoping though, you're having a good connection to your doctors and are making progress.

I've worked 11-7 overnight at hotels for the past 5 years and that first story is one of my worst fears that comes with the job. Especially since 1, I'm a female and 2, I've always worked totally by myself, never had a security guard. It's always just been me, alone, all night. Thankfully nothing like that has ever happened and I hope it never does. I just put my resignation in because I finally found a very structured daytime job.

that second story, everyone knows you gut them, remove the blood and entrails, and than stuff them so you can always be reminded of them and how happy yous were together, and how they made the wrong de- no no I kid, I guess this isn't something to joke about, but sometimes when something sad happens, a joke can help you cheer up

Sonia’s story genuinely made me emotional. I have one sister and she is my best friend. We live together, have the same friends, do everything together, tell each other everything and hearing this poor girl lose her sweet sister to a fucking desperate disgusting monster just makes me so empathetic towards both of them because I could not imagine losing my sister. 😔 That would kill me.

That line at 18:35 "God needed her in heaven to be an angel" is legit making me cry, because that's exactly what you should say to a child who's lost someone they love. You don't have to believe in God to feel better about the situation when you think of it like that
