    Wow, that is so cool. I thought that you had lost your mind when you left 2 stitches w/o waste yarn, but you totally showed me a thing or two ❤

      I am so glad you enjoy it. The braided join is a little funky at first, bit it looks so cool when complete.

    Try wrapping yarn around something(I use my phone) many times, then cut one side. Much faster!

      Also doing a twisted fringe and crochet it into place also looks neater and cannot come undone as easy as slip through fringe. I think Natazia has a tutorial on it here on RUclips.

    Have you ever tried skipping just one stitch for the braid?

    • @TheAddiQueen
      @TheAddiQueen  2 года назад

      Yes, it makes it super small. If you look up my baby blanket tutorial for the 22 pin, i actually didn't skip any.

    Love your videos. The way you use your fingers to do your slipstitch, does it make a looser seam than just using crochet hook? Maybe you mention that after I just asked LOL!

    • @TheAddiQueen
      @TheAddiQueen  2 года назад

      I don't really think it makes it much looser. Although i have never been too great with a crochet hook, so i don't have much to compare it to.

    I know how to braid, but how do you finish the ends where there is no brade. If you can, make a slow video so I can see how it is done. Thank you very much.

    • @TheAddiQueen
      @TheAddiQueen  Год назад

      There are settings on youtube where you can actually slow down the video

    • @TheAddiQueen

      I put my scarves in a lingere bag and it doesn't tangle

    What do you use as a counter as my counters on both my addi kingsize and my 22 pin jump rows

    • @TheAddiQueen

      I use the counter it comes with, but there are magnetic counters on amazon

    How long does it (approximately) take you to make one tube with your adapter? 🤗

    • @TheAddiQueen
      @TheAddiQueen  Год назад +1

      It really depends on the length of the tube. I don't advise going too fast because it will tear up your machine and your work is more likley to get messed up with greater speeds.

    • @crazycatlady19691
      @crazycatlady19691 Год назад

      @@TheAddiQueen instead of a full speed drill, it's best to use an electric screwdriver. Max voltage should be 4v. Faster than that and you will very likely damage your winding handle and gears. It's also best if you try to keep your adapter level, so it's not putting extra strain on the handle & gears also.

    Why not just buy the bigger machine> ;-)

    • @TheAddiQueen
      @TheAddiQueen  7 месяцев назад +1

      Not everyone can afford the larger machine. I also think this width works better for children as it is slightly thinner
