Whatever you say Karen, I'm not here to argue.
Lol
L L. I support you in this argument. Wearing a mask does still help prevent the spread of COVID 19. I’m sad people are selfish and don’t want to protect other people by just not wearing a mask or social distancing. Quoting the president here about the deaths from COVID 19 a day “it is what it is”

To prevent the spread of germs and infections.. if seems like no one had a problem when people like that wore a mask during work to keep the patient healthy but now that everyone else has to wear it to keep others and ourselves safe now it suddenly doesn't do anything.. yeah that makes sense...
If she goes to the lawyer:

There is no such law that allows businesses to "refuse service" based on religious preferences. The old wives tale of "no shoes, no shirt, no service" is just a phrase. There is no code of law or authority that allows for this.
It's the exact opposite. Several laws exist that PROHIBIT businesses from discriminatory practice. The penalty for discrimination in CA is $12,000 per occurrence when in violation of the Unruh Civil Rights Act and $35,000 in violation of the hate crimes act.
Do I have the right to rely upon the law? Or are these empty sentences void of meaning?
CA Civil Code 51 prohibits discrimination against religion in places of public accommodation.
Title III Reg 28 CFR §36.104 defines a "public accommodation" as a private business that is engaged in commerce and serving the public. Public accommodations are prohibited from denying entry to patrons based on several protected classes including religion. Private businesses must abide by all state, local and federal laws. No private business may institute a policy that violates the law. Can Costco institute "Fist-Fight Fridays"? Can Walmart institute "Pick-Pocket Tuesdays? Can Sprouts require you to "punch granny in the face" just because it's their store policy? No. Accordingly, no store can deny entry to someone based on their religious beliefs, regardless of any other policy.
Federal law 28 CFR §36.202 prohibits "denial of participation" from any business establishment. §36.202(c) states that unless I have been individually assessed as a "direct threat" you many not exclude me from the SAME and EQUAL services as others

@@JohnSmith-qq8ok that’s not an excuse. I suffer from pretty moderate to severe anxiety and I wear my mask whenever I go into a store. People are just being lazy dumbasses using that poor excuse to not wear one.

@@brooklynbound0 Yup anxiety is not a reason to not wear a mask, and to be honest wearing a mask would help them conceal themselves better to experience less anxiety. I also experience social anxiety and I'm pretty bad at communicating face to face.

When these anti-maskers end up in our overwhelmed hospitals with COVID, the first question should be, "did you not wear a mask in public"? If their answer is no, they should be shown the door. Period.
They should have to pay the medical bills of the people they infect, plus pain and suffering, because having Covid-19 sucks!
I've seen so many people that were anti maskers and covid deniers who ended up in the hospital with covid saying how wrong and mistaken they were. Maybe I sound bad, but all I can think is that we all have to pay for our own mistakes and they should not be allowed to be in the hospital. Okay you realized you made a mistake? Loool so true
What can you buy in a supermarket that's private? And what happens at the checkout? What a maroon!
Some people are just too much
Yeah, maybe she should have tried online shopping instead.
All of her feeble objections were just attempts to control others to her liking. Usually the person who collects the order is different from the person who bags and seals the order who is different from the person who actually rings it up. If she is truly concerned with the payment arrangement there is no way she would ever be able to do online shopping. Also, a lot of curbside pick-up places have cordless terminals where they can do a debit purchase anywhere within about 50' of the store.

Gee I don't know, Karen. Why are you so miserable?
To be fair, that guy just hasn't been working at a grocery store long enough. Given time, he'll be miserable just like her. He'll still be smarter than her though.
@@patrickshelley09 My husband worked at a grocery store through high school and university. He actually liked working at the grocery store, the only real problem was pay. Otherwise he liked his coworkers and it was a relatively low stress job. Not a bad place to be.
That happy employee is how I'm trying to be the rest of 2020. Since he's a bartender, he's used to dealing with idiots. These employees handled this situation so well, makes me want to shop there.
Exactly, drunk idiots lol
yeah the worse thing spreading than a virus is idiocy, compounded by that sense of entitlement
"I have private things that I want to get that I maybe don't want you to see" -Karen
Bruh, you're at a grocery store, what private thing is in there that nobody knows about? 😑😂
Lawyer before she goes inside his/her office: "please wear a mask"
There’s too few of the “cart guy” in this world and too many “Karens”!
Pee Wee so true.and I hate these ‘Karens ‘
Hidayat Rehimi I love that cart dude haha 😆
The cart dude sounds like he loves his job and provides great customer service :)
Tony Kim tbh even the manager was very respectful.but that disturbing and embarrassing lady probably ruined their day
I love cart guy
Entering a privately-owned business is not a “right.”
They seem to not understand the difference between a right and a privilege as it pertains to *them*
Exactly! Well put! Just like driving a car-- it's not a right. Remember these things people.
Yep like I been telling people .
@first last Yes privately owned.
And she accused them infringe her rights while she is the actual ones that infringe the rights of the owner.
"I have private stuff I don’t want you to see”
"Go home and buy it at Amazon"
It's really that simple.
Shouldn't someone with a medical condition avoid taking a risk by going unmasked and be grateful that someone is offering to do the shopping for her?
That guy cleaning the carts, he's the real mvp here.
yeah, i like the way He became happy because Karen cannot enter Gelsons..
I like that guy 😂
Cute Raiden
Honestly~ he's the guy we need to regulate store policies. The store is not at fault here~
I'm dead laughing🤣
Woman - “You’re chipper...”
Clerk - “I’m Happy”
Woman - “Why are you happy?”
And THAT speaks volumes about this woman...
exactly
Wtf are you talking about ? Speaks volumes about the lady for asking why he is so happy
His response “why not be” was gold!!
Reynaldo Rivera it speaks volumes about her because she doesn’t know what it’s like to be happy like this man. He’s grateful to have a job and she’s complaining about wearing a mask.
@@Satchel1992 It's more like she's miserable and it's irritating her that the guy isn't sharing in her misery or feeling downcast because she can't get in the store without a mask. The woman's either a narcissist, psycopath or sociopath. Yes, from that one clip I'm diagnosing her LOL.
that cart cleaner is an inspiration for all of us - be positive no matter how negative anyone else is
"Where are the policies" then 1 minute later she shows the camera where they are 🤦♂️😂
I hate when people throw around the word “discrimination” so lightly. if she calls being required to wear a mask for public safety “discrimination” and “infringing on her rights” she’s clearly never faced actual discrimination :/
There is no discrimination here cause it's not a public property. It is a commercial place they can impose their own policies
Ya just like when ppl throw around the racism?
The audacity to quote HIPAA.
Pure psychopath
@MegaGideo nowadays who hasn't? That word is meaningless.
The best part of this is when she comes out and here's the guys dancing and spraying down the basket.
Unmask lady: What you are so happy about?
Disinfecting guy: I have a job.
@@pookiemcdookie1232 who wouldn't be😆😆😆
LMAOOO
Making a fuss because she can. Ridiculous. Shop was polite
If she has a breathing problem that is so severe that she can't wear a mask, she shouldn't be out walking around. And if she has a medical condition I would assume she would have some sort of medical doctor's note. Then again, I'm trying to be logical with someone who hasn't used logic in her life.
The workers were so kind and patient and trying to accommodate the lady even though she was being so rude to them.
Especially the guy cleaning the carts, I loved the contrast that he showed. He's grateful for the job and his current situation because it can and was worse, trying to be optimistic and real about the big picture of what's going on...the woman is just showing the ignorant, arrogant, and overly privileged attitudes others are showing in this time of need
@@praha338 Probably a Karen
😂😂😂😂😂 You said "lady."
@@SCP--rj8hm - ain't no "probably" about it. She might as well have "KAREN" tattooed in 2" block letters on her forehead.
True... clearly she was looking to make trouble but the workers were patient with her
“How is that helping if you’re gonna do shopping for me?”
The literal definition of helping people is doing things for them.
You could hear her brain shattering trying to twist the meaning of those simple words and coming up empty.

@ 👎🏿
I want some private things that I don't want you to see, but you seeing them at check out is OK.
Its crazy all you nuts think that it's OK to tell her how to shop.
The laws are on her side!
The guy cleaning the cart was so proffesional and polite that even if he PUNCHED her in the face and told her to F... OFF would stil pass the bar for being a good employee.
"you want me to give you my private information, my credit card?"... Never heard of online shopping?
It's a private business. They reserve the right to refuse service. If you don't want to wear a mask, go shop somewhere else or use instacart.
But they were being prejudice against her medical condition and right to buy private things WAAAAAAHHH
Guess we gotta add Karens and Chads to the Civil Rights amendment 😂
You only think she can be refused service because she's white. Don't bother trying to refute this because I know your mindset better than you do, you loser.
aabb ccdd it’s basically private property. Don’t like the rules? Go somewhere else! Simple
I like how she recorded this as if she was the hero.
In right wing crybaby land she will be lauded as one, the rest of the world sees her as a self centered brat.
I'm sure in her mind, she is.
This type of thing is the new Right Wing "Virtue Signaling" they like to blame libs for.. LOL
Thing is she is gonna post online now : america is not free anymore democracy is dead this store cut my basic human rights
@@kazim1801 " We reserve the right" go shop somewhere else....
“Im not gonna do that” so then go tf home….it’s not that hard.
Come on people it's only for a couple mins. Just go grab stuff and come out. Ain't that hard. I've been through worse!
"I have a medical condition that I'm not allowed to wear a mask ..." DIAGNOSIS: Stupidity.
I would love to know what condition is that
I have several health issues and have spent a lot of time over the past 5 decades in and out of hospitals and met people with health issues far worse than mine and yet have never known anyone that was told not to wear a mask by their doctor because of their illness. Even allergies and asthma do not prevent you from wearing a mask.
I LOL'ed
mrfurball there is a slight correction i want to point out, hope it doesn't offend you. Its carbon dioxide not carbon monoxide. The difference is that CO2 is a common, naturally occurring gas required for all plant and animal life. CO is not common.
I had a soldier try to make that excuse and so I asked how he wore a gas mask durring training and he shut up
This women acts like she has never paid for a meal at a restaurant.
She is flat earther. So that should explain everything.
Duh, covidiot, what do you expect?
That's what I meant when I said she's being stupid you don't have to give him any information for him to swipe your card stop being stupid people
@@outsidlookingconcerned what about PIN? we have PIN codes for using our cards.
@@urskaska you don't have to use a pin for credit cards but you do need a pin for things like a debt card
