By the way - Hazrat Musa AS advised his (AS) people, (the Bani Israel), to recite the wazifa Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum as they crossed the opened Red Sea.
The Red Sea was opened and the floor dried by one of Allah's Angels AS.

@@dapper18 pick up a book of Fiqh of Salah. In it there should be hadeeth about looking at the place of sajdah. I haven't memorised the hadeeth word for word so I don't know the exact wording. However it is a pretty well known concept since almost all of us practice it in prayer. The only time I don't look at the place of sajdah is when lifting up my index finger when in tashahhud when saying ash hadu an la ilaha I'll اللہ... until salam. And I look at my finger that time. This i do cuz I subscribe to the Shafi madhab.
