Making film is basically "behind the scenes" clips. It shows the cameras and the crew. I can't say that suddenly Mina and Hongki stop acting (or ever started), but I'm sure it's not 100% since there's a camera always pointed at their face. I'd say most would act differently if they know they're being filmed because they know it's film that will be shown to the public. So I'd say 80-90% in "Making Film" is genuinely how the actors feel about this and that.
thanks for agreeing with me.. now i watched it again.. and could all of u see when they finish filming.. hongki try to joke around to make mina feel better.. and then pd-nim asked mina question and hongki asked to not asked question because he didn't wanna to see mina cry.. but because of that he could find something that he could use as a joke and make mina smile.. then hongki suddenly asked to stop questioning.. he really protect mina.. it's the making guys.. none scripted..
