I think a big thing for you, Melissa , is that your "relaxation" time (experiencing these amazing therapies) is still "work" for you.
You should find a relaxation technique/therapy that still works for you and specifically ringfence this and a contingency therapy from using for your channel. Keep them sacred and don't share those experiences with us.
You do an amazing job of supporting us and our mental wellbeing. You NEED to protect your own x

I checked out your channel and saw you were into old school ASMR videos. You, the mic, occasional person thrown into the mix.
If you did content like this, it would be a game changer for you and your channel. I loved this. The sounds were incredible.
Personally I’d love it if you created a long form video with just sound that can be played on loop for meditation and sleep.
@@Ron_DeForest I'm actually currently working on exactly that. I've been recording full sound bath audio sessions recently with the aim for the tracks to be accessible on Spotify etc but they won't let me upload them because they say they don't do soundscape/meditation music which is a lie because obviously they do. So that was my next plan was to upload the audio with dark/imagery as a video format on my channel instead so stay tuned! ☺️ My 1:1 home sound healing set up is very new so my plan is to introduce this more to my channel in the future ☺️ thanks!

This therapist was very interested in the history and background of what each item did to the body. For crazy talk this is very insightful. It’s refreshing to see someone so passionate, truly I might give it a try.

For reference, I live in the United States, and places with Reiki or Crystal healing are surprisingly a dime a dozen in most states. I actually saw a place with boards outside that said Reiki and Sound Healing for $25. I instantly thought of this channel and had a laugh about it. What’s even funnier is the location used to be a VHS / Blockbuster type of store; and I never knew it became a “spa” sort of healing location.
If there's anything that needs some healing, just focus on your top 3 things. The simpler you describe them, the better. But I'm going to check a lot of things automatically.

That isn't as black & white as it sounds....lots of factors as to why a great majority of people do not sleep through the night, menopause, anxiety, bladder issues, the list goes on

I started my ASMR channel way before I got into soundhealing and that's what the majority of people go to my channel to see ☺️ but adding bits of treatments gradually especially when I get the opportunity to video others ☺️
