So far I've really liked the AF frame reset by pushing stick in (like in the older systems), Assigning the manual exposures to the select dial and adding shutter speed change to the other control dials. Yet to check out the AF frame sizes.
Thanks for your information. I follow your steps strictly. In Tools settings, #9, I go to firmware, and the "camera" option does not allow clicking or scrolling; I can read, but it is not an option to click. I already did a full factory reset and the same thing. I also tried connecting the camera to my Mac Pro, but it won't let me click "camera" either; I only see version factory version 1.03.1, and my Mac does not see R5C. Is there another means? Thank you

Old system the focus guide is small and sometime difficult to see in bright day. There is more flexibility. Thanks

huge issue with VR lens. after upgrading the firmware theres a halo circle effect on the image now and it’s absolutely terrible
