Zoltan plainly describes our lives, with humor. He says what I've been trying to vocalize for months now. The world is not the same as it was a few years ago and everyone feels it. Life will never be the same again. It's not like everything used to be peaches and cream and puppies and kittens. But it sure didn't have that underlying darkness like it does now. Whatever you do, don't isolate. We need each other. Even if we feel awkward. Everyone feels awkward and it's OK.

I agree. a strange darkness everyone feels but doesn't quite understand. that said, I think it was right after the 90's that quality of life started declining in the west.
people dont really take much notice of it but the type of "stories" in movies and even music that are on average popular in their times are really telling to how optimistic we are collectively about our future or what we think or feel about the society we live in right now. remember all the incredibly silly nonsensical comedy movies of the 90's and early 2000's?
I really have no clue what the future will bring at all. I hope it'll get better.

He s describing his inner voice. I didn't even know that some poeple don't have that.. I have whole discussions in my head, and often i have a narrator and sometime whole scenarios i get very angry about.. Funnily i used to say some stuff that eluded to it, confident that everybody has it and so i wouldn't even explain what i meant. Like i was once defending myself at uni, coz they said i was a snob for speaking a lot of french in my day to day conversations (it's the second language we learn at school, before english. colonialism has its perks. Kidding) and so as proof that i wasn't being pretentious, i'd bring up how even my inner voice speaks alot in french, and that if it supplies me with a french word first, i'm gonna use it, coz sometimes i 'd forget what' s the word in my native language. It's not positive schizo either. My inner voice is often nasty to me.

It absolutely feels like we're done... a restaurant thats about to close 👏
This guy vocalises perfectly how I feel ... its refreshing to hear these things coming out of someone else' mouth. Thanks, man.
In this flea bitten, pc, stressed and labled world, you are the healthy voice.

This is such a smart take of an anxious person trying to find the humor in a difficult, if not tiresome existence.

Wow, Zoltan has made such a transformation. I honestly would not have recognized him now had I not remembered him from his first big standup several years ago. His voice even sounds different a bit throughout this video 🤔Still hilarious though! Hope he is doing well.
