She did press charges. She stated she took the kid to doctors not hospital. PoliceCPS and courts and documents are involved when she did file. I know for a fact Kevin was right at the end with supervised visits. She filed charges. She said not right now when asked if he in jail and denied press charges. If she reported abuse she had to sign off.

First, I want to say RIP KSam. You are greatly missed. Second, I want to tell the story about my experience with family court. My ex-wife could not handle that after a 2.5 year struggle of getting divorced, I found someone new and got married. She started to withhold court ordered visitation from me and my new wife. After giving her every chance to comply with the court order, she accused me of physically and sexually hurting my children. My parental rights were immediately suspended while DSS did an abuse investigation. She made herself and my children unavailable to be interviewed by investigators. DSS finally was forced to visit 2 of my children at their school. After 6 months of her stalling the authorities, DSS came out with a final determination of "Unfounded". That means that the evidence did not support the charges. In fact, the DSS investigator requested the court to restore my parental rights. You might be saying "6 months and done, that isn't so bad, is it?". If only it was only 6 months. After the investigation cleared me of all wrongdoing, her attorney then attempted to stall the court restoring my rights. She demanded I get counseling. When I asked what kind of counseling I needed to obtain, she said "I am the attorney for your wife, I cannot tell you what type of counseling you need to get." I had no attorney as my job did not pay much. Even if I was making a ton of money, I was paying half of my check into child support. I finally found an attorney who would agree to take my case. I made a lot of mistakes trying to represent myself. I ended up losing my visitation for 2 years. DSS would not press charges for lying as in my state, if the woman does not speak the words out of her mouth that she lied, they will not press charges as it is difficult to win. Once of my kids, I have not seen in a decade, her choice not mine. In order to get my ex wife to finally agree to restore my visitation, I had to agree to allow my oldest daughter to decide when to initiate visitation. My son had decided to not see me as he is an adult. I still contact him to tell him that I love him. My middle daughter still comes over for visitation but that ends in a little over a year. The reason I mention this is that when I hear a woman claiming abuse and they do not call the police, I call bullcrap on it. Have a nice day.

She said there was no Case, but yet she said the Court ordered him to stay away from her, and the Kids, and no Supervized visitation, and no evidence of Child abuse. Court don't rule like that. They give the father a chance to see his Children. She is straight up lying. You need to look at some of the Custody battle cases on TV, where all the evidence is presented, and the Judge makes a decision on Custody, and Visitation rights. A case, with no violence, the father always gets Visitation rights.

Fathers and mothers are different, not better or worse, just different. Moms are more protective, smothering as times. Of course it was an accident. Two year old boys get their first injury around that age. They are able to run but don't have good balance so they go flying head first into stuff. I had to put padding on the edges of the counters when my son was that age.

She was taught that mothers are the only authoritative figures, and possibly that women run the household. Even when she said that there are different types of Christians, that raised a red flag. It means that she will only accept scripture of women's roles that benefits her while ignoring the roles that does not. A feminist woman can not also be a Christian woman.

I studied family law. I worked in a family law office. I worked with more than a few cases involving fathers fighting for their parental rights. The system works against us fathers. It was the most ridiculous and frustrating thing to witness and participate in. So many women are manipulative like this woman.
I remember this call, and everytime she further explained what the problem is. It got worse and worse. - First I thought, he brought a disease or a child into the relationship..... No, no cheating - Second I thought he stole money and was mismanaging it.... No not that.. - Third I thought he was physically abusive to the kids or her, no not that. She said the kids aren't happy, but at the same time they aren't in danger when around him.... I couldn't believe she separated from her husband and is moving towards divorce because of an accident.... I can't believe it. Accidents happen, and she is leaving because of an accident, and not a mistake, not something purposeful. This is stupid. She even lied and said "He still sees his kids"... But later says "He can't be around the kids" smh

I don’t know how many caught this but KS nailed it when he said her story was piecemeal. If her story was all true, she would not hit given the fax in the order she did she would’ve given the facts in order of their importance. She brought out things that would normally have been brought out earlier, whatever heat cast doubt, and she wanted to bolster her story. She is in fact, a very dangerous woman. She probably allowed her husband to go to jail by her omission. She probably allow the authorities to think something that she did not have overwhelming evidence of to his detriment. My 2 year old fell head first while running into the corner of a wall & hit the moulding & came up with a cut & an egg sized lump that was brutal to look at. Kids DO fall especially toddlers & get hurt. I so feel your pain. I used to tell my ex all the time & when she would undermine me with our son, "You don't love him more than I do!" It would annoy the fuckin' he'll out of me. "You're too tough on him!" I was like, "Either I'm hard on him. The man who sacrifices for him, that would die for him, or a cop & judge, who could not care less about him will be hard on him." It was a huge issue in our house.

First, I want to say RIP KSam. You are greatly missed. Second, I want to tell the story about my experience with family court. My ex-wife could not handle that after a 2.5 year struggle of getting divorced, I found someone new and got married. She started to withhold court ordered visitation from me and my new wife. After giving her every chance to comply with the court order, she accused me of physically and sexually hurting my children. My parental rights were immediately suspended while DSS did an abuse investigation. She made herself and my children unavailable to be interviewed by investigators. DSS finally was forced to visit 2 of my children at their school. After 6 months of her stalling the authorities, DSS came out with a final determination of "Unfounded". That means that the evidence did not support the charges. In fact, the DSS investigator requested the court to restore my parental rights.
You might be saying "6 months and done, that isn't so bad, is it?". If only it was only 6 months. After the investigation cleared me of all wrongdoing, her attorney then attempted to stall the court restoring my rights. She demanded I get counseling. When I asked what kind of counseling I needed to obtain, she said "I am the attorney for your wife, I cannot tell you what type of counseling you need to get." I had no attorney as my job did not pay much. Even if I was making a ton of money, I was paying half of my check into child support. I finally found an attorney who would agree to take my case. I made a lot of mistakes trying to represent myself. I ended up losing my visitation for 2 years. DSS would not press charges for lying as in my state, if the woman does not speak the words out of her mouth that she lied, they will not press charges as it is difficult to win. Once of my kids, I have not seen in a decade, her choice not mine. In order to get my ex wife to finally agree to restore my visitation, I had to agree to allow my oldest daughter to decide when to initiate visitation. My son had decided to not see me as he is an adult. I still contact him to tell him that I love him. My middle daughter still comes over for visitation but that ends in a little over a year.
The reason I mention this is that when I hear a woman claiming abuse and they do not call the police, I call bullcrap on it.

She said there was no Case, but yet she said the Court ordered him to stay away from her, and the Kids, and no Supervized visitation, and no evidence of Child abuse. Court don't rule like that. You need to look at some of the Custody battle cases on TV, where all the evidence is presented, and the Judge makes a decision on Custody, and Visitation rights. A case, with no violence, the father always gets Visitation rights.

Fathers and mothers are different, not better or worse, just different. Moms are more protective, smothering as times. I don’t know how many caught this but KS nailed it when he said her story was piecemeal. If her story was all true, she would not hit given the fax in the order she did she would’ve given the facts in order of their importance. She brought out things that would normally have been brought out earlier, whatever heat cast doubt, and she wanted to bolster her story. She is in fact, a very dangerous woman. She probably allowed her husband to go to jail by her omission. She probably allow the authorities to think something that she did not have overwhelming evidence of to his detriment. I would never be in this woman’s presents again if I were him. And I would fight for full custody and to make her pay child support.
