Would appreciate it if you could clarify this point, In the example, the sentence went, 她的汉语说得几乎跟中国人一样好, would it be grammatically correct to rephrase this as 她的汉语说得跟中国人几乎一样好. Similarly, in the other sentence, 儿子跟爸爸几乎一样高， would it be accurate to rephrase it as 儿子几乎跟爸爸一样高？
These lessons be making me feel so dumb, I can understand what you are saying perfectly but my grammar level is somewhere below HSK 1 or almost finished with HSK 1 because I don’t know what to learn so Im all over the place, perks of self studying with only the internet for reference. if I hear something that doesn’t correlate with English, I think of it as grammar and try to learn it as grammar🤷🏿♀️.
Even though it's a lower tone than it's usually said, it's still a level tone and not low enough to be 3rd tone so it should be understood as the first

you can learn by duolingo , if you finish the tree your cocabulary will be at hsk 3 level . Which is good enough to follow this lesson

I keep hearing you say 高 as gao3 when you say "一样高了".
