We do not live in a handout society. Many of such workers can work hard, save, invest and get out of poverty and/or find better pay by upgrading their skills. I know an uneducated person that started as a painter, elevated himself by recruiting a team and starting his own business of providing start to finish paint service, educated his daughter who now has become a judge. So do not feel sorry, it is a matter of choice for everyone and some just have to work harder than others.
