What is the point of Echo Saber if you can get Rod of Atos? It add you more mana, and health. And You can do the combo by throwing disk, and rod, and meteor.
Btw your build can be succeed only by the present of KoTL with his Mana Replenish. If there is no KoTL, you will running out of Mana easily.

I tried this build as offlaner, so far 4/5 games win, completely destroy enemy safelaner (coz timber, duh) nice build nice video.. looking forward for more

I think for timber you should try anything gives you more mp and slow. Items to try (if not tried already):
-) rod of atos
-) diffusal blade
-) scady
-) you can try replace deso with bloodthorn
I'd suggest to start with any of these: echo sabre, vanguard or diffusal (depending on situation). Later get basher, shiva or atos. Bloodstone for the end.
Plz drow ranger, ogre magi, morphling, luna and abaddon

Hammer goes great with any invis heroes, you've already done riki for example. Bounty hunter is pretty good too because you can go invis when you cast.
Anyone with increased cast range or cool down reduction is fun so luna, kotl, sniper even. Gotten early enough on a sniper and he can farm very hard, as well as topple towers at will.
I often look at meteor hammer as the battle fury for ranged heroes but it's really great and often better than battle fury on everyone.
Not sure if you've already done meteor hammer on dk, ck, and or wk or not.
Treant is classic, viper is classic, elder titan is classic.
I'm sure carry skywrath would love it for farming.
Winter wyvern is pure poetry with meteor hammer her ult and her lvl 25 talent.
Wind ranger is obvious but also kind so so.

It's a pitty to realize that you are playing against 1k dogs having high rank on your main account. Just look at what they are doing. That Invoker in Game #2 was no just bad. 2 spells per fight?
