I bought one of these a week ago yet to test or play with it. I have full auto, bought on Amazon on a Friday and they shipped it free received the next day, awesome fast service. 200 dollars for the MP40 and about another 100 for co2s bbs, gun oil, etc.
There are feeding issues on full automatic it doesn't hit every BB on full automatic you get the sound of an automatic but not BB's coming out every time it hits there are feed issues with these guns I have two of them brand new both the same issue there must be a way to stack the BB's when you load them I fill up a straw and then dump the BB's into the magazine trying to stagger them they will not double stack but they stagger stack and even then there are feed issues so I've gone through this over and over and over it's just a manufacturing issue it doesn't feed well on full automatic
I have this. Mine has notch that holds spring back to load. If it didn’t it would suck. Also. They should have used bigger co2. Auto empties 2 co2 in few clips. Other than that it rules.
And if you use it with 4,5mm plastic BB's it also serves as an Airsoft if you want to play with your friends. I do however wait for KWA to release their anticipated MP40 Airsoft GBB (Gas-Blowback). It fires from an open bolt (while the Umarex version is closed-bolt) and is in full-auto only, just like the real one.
Another great video Loyd ,sorry to hear about your back my back has been given me problems for nearly 40 years .is the peace maker plastic or all metal construction. for £39 I'm thinking it's plastic.
Thanks Rob, Its not the end of the world, you learn to put up with it and get on . The Peacemaker is all metal and is £139 ( sorry if I didn't make it clear) . Cheers. Lloyd
Hi, I bought a new one of these about a year ago and it worked fine until recently I think poor quality ammo is to blame. I can't get the bb's I used originally. Can you recommend a variety? The problem is the spring in the mag isn't pushing the bb's up consistently they seem to be jamming together as if misshapen .
Buy the original steel bbs that it was designed for, you can now get them from Amazon. Manufacturers steel bbs, because they work on a 🧲 magnet in the magazine. Also use a drop of gun oil
@@jerryconner4270 I saw the original BB's on Amazon; ordered them...unwrapped the package...they'd sent some crap instead (However, I have some single stack BB guns they'd work in.). Eventually I got the proper ones; but they are not all perfect so there still are jams now and again. Sadly another problem arose, which I'll put in another comment. Oh! by the way, only put silicon gun oil in these, ordinary gun oil destroys the rubber/plastic seals/o-rings.
I've a new problem. After first cocking then firing, to get it to fire again it is necessary to nudge the cocking handle a fraction of a mil., then the same again after each time it's fired. The manual doesn't show how to take it apart. I'm reluctant to send it to any shop around here, going by previous experience, these guys are just as much in the dark as me, only they've more tools. My MP40 is a few years old now. We aren't allowed the full-auto in the UK. Nevertheless a good rate of fire was possible just pulling the trigger as fast as possible. Until now. I've done the obvious lubrication, plus the not so obvious, because I'm only guessing where the oil's going, having no idea what the mechanics of the piece look like. If anyone knows where I'll find a picture of a stripped down one, please let me know.
You Could try speaking to the importer directly : John Rothery Wholesale. You will find their details on the internet. SOunds like there may be a BB stuck in the action but the importer will sort it :)
Can I use it on one empty co2 and one used ?. Being single fire i can't spare the time to exhaust 2 c02 cartridges at a time on single shot.plus how long do you think I can leave unused co2 in the mag.? Thanks
@@John-ob7dh do not leave the co2 tank inside the gun. it will mess up the coil. always remove both bbs from magazzine and the tank too. only leave it while use it. i had to waste some co2 before, but it's better than wasting your entire gun.
Lloyd Schober Yes I know, I was referring of course to the bolt safety indent which is blocked off for some reason. I reckon I'll wait for the upcoming GSG MP40 in 9mm pak.
I love my full auto version, shoot it wayyy more than any of my real guns, mainly bc I can just step out on my back yard and spray cans, bottles, garden gnomes, blue Jays.....stray cats...jk😂
According to another Gun channel it is not a Smizer as Smizer had nothing to do with this gun, just thought that might help not trying to show you haow to suck eggs.
Umarex has been putting out some good stuff. The MP40 in full auto is awesome. Greetings from the states********🔫
I can imagine its great fun . Greetings back from the UK :)

Our US brothers always get stuff so much cheaper and fully auto. Enjoy .
got mine last week its cool thanks Lloyd see u soon
That peacemaker is nice, but it would look even better if umarex would do a birdshead style grip
nice one lads, got mine and loving it.
Sorry to hear about you're back, hope you're soon better
Thanks Ivan. Busted disc, here for life but if that's the worst thing that happens to me I'll take it :)
Thought it might be just a strain, but that sounds more seriouse'
Great video -- love the weathered look!!
Thank you Brooke, and yes , the weathered one looks really good :)
good video, like the finish on the rifle. would love to see the soft air version.
It looks very similar but the quality isn't as nice which you can tell as soon as you pick the soft air version up .

What a shame that the mp40 is not full auto what stupid laws we have in uk
Shame yes. Fully autos are fun ...unless you have to pay for the gas .

This is full auto in america and IS open bolt
awesome, I know what to buy the boy for his birthday!! wish they would make an SMLE that'll sell too 😉
Been trying to persuade Umarex that a range of WW2 weapons would sell. SMLE would be fantastic :)
Just announced...SMLE coming soon Guy :)
love mine shoots great

I want one!
Thanks for the video, it pushed me over the edge and I ordered one for myself today!
Excellent. Enjoy :)
Hya Lloyd. great vids, lovely shop/website etc. Lloyd any news on the glock by Umarex in 4.5 mm GBB please?

Try spraying Dry Slide inside the mag or some other dry lube, it does help.

Umerax black widow BBs are great
Awesome will all this airgun be available in India?
I don't know sorry , but I hope so :)
Dude that was cool
Its NOT the Schmieser, thats what allied trooped called it but Schmiesser had nothing to do woth the making of that gun other than the mp41

Mine does same, but if I pull the trigger fast enough it keeps firing .
Hi,My mp40 legend, after only 500 shots, continually jams. use bb umarex. why it happens?
Impossible to say unless the gun was in front of me so I could test it.
would you recommend it to protect my home in a gun free zone?
Not powerful enough sorry .

@@profecarrillo6479 Thanks for advice .Its a pain in semi auto as to use up 3.5 mags of BBs to exhaust the c02 cartridges takes forever.
Just discovered it will work with one empty CO2 and one full CO2.
what happened to yesterdays vid mate?
My video guy forgot to edit out a sweary word and another bit of the video I didn't like . Trying to be more family friendly :)
I want to convert it to a 9 or 12 oz tank anybody know if it’s possible?
don't recognise you without your beard and hat . lol . video is sound mate. the gun is awesome 😊👊👊
Beards coming back mate...I want to look like a grown up again :)
Hello Loyd I was wondering do you accept the Armex privilege club card
Yes we do :)
Great video
be honest did you do the impression when the camera went off 😂😂😂
I didn't mention ze war ;)
Zee gehrmins.
I just scored one of these
No working safety indent severely lets it down though....
There is a safety catch neatly tucked away under the gun .

Too bad it's only semi-auto, full auto should be fun. Slings can be bought on ebay

Krauts...........
Seems a waste of an mp40 to regulate it in England to semi auto.
Better to have a semi-auto than nothing at all :)
Blame Michael Ryan for our semi auto laws.
Hey LLoyd
Another Video and you have another look !
As your hair gets shorter each time what's next a bald head ?.... with a goaty and dark glasses ?
I'm going backwards...next video I'll be wearing a school uniform ;)
I have got one not very accurate

Steel BBs are never good for pests, just too inaccurate
