The problem is she had evidence of bodily harm and he was not cooperative in trying to combat the evidence. The cops (at least to me), were initially trying to get his side and he wasn't giving any information. On that basis the probable cause was there, and he made no attempts to counter it. Hence, jail. The charges eventually dropped and he moves on. The system worked. If he had handled it differently he wouldn't have been put in cuffs and taken into custody. He made the situation unnecessarily worse.

I am having trouble comprehending this system. It seems unfair that someone could make false accusations and result in someone else being wrongfully imprisoned. It is frustrating to think that the accuser could walk away without consequences while the accused suffers. This system appears to be biased against men.

Naw not at all. Gervonta knew he was in the wrong. The cops were being friendly at first but gervonta kept trying to avoid because he knew he was in the wrong. And his manager was just trying to protect him knowing gervonta was more than likely in the wrong too.

these officers are terrible. they are intentionally agitating. They approach Davis and Davis' manager in bad faith. He speaks with accuser with compassion and understanding. Both parties show signs of being assaulted and they arrest Davis and threaten his manager. They ignore the wishes of the custodial parent who consents to having his manager be responsible for his daughter resolve the pending arrest. The handling of this is awful.
