इसको कम गरिष्ठ बनाने के लिए मैंने चटनी को सरसो के तेल में हींग और जीरे के बाद डाल कर पका लिया उसके बाद मटर डालकर पकाया जब मटर कुछ पक गए तो उबले हुए आलू के cubes डालकर पका लिया और खट्टे के लिए नींबू की खटाई डाली जो अतिरिक्त वसा को शरीर से निकालने में लाभकारी है।
