We need a serious audit of every application for the last 5 years . If anything is fraudulent, cancel PR !
Hahahah they cant even deport people who are without documents and expired workpermit you think they will do what you are asking...........If they really do atleast 1 million will go out.
LMIA should not be running as it is. Many employers are selling the LMIA collaborating with lawyers for thousands of dollars,
I personally know a number of people who used fake job descriptions to get LMIA and got PR. Hope IRCC finds them out and hope the damage is reversed

Hi, this is a little out of context question for this video but wanted to ask here, I just saw that under Accelerated Tech Pathway application dates it was written “Invitations to apply (from existing pool)”, does that mean that I can’t apply for an EOI on July 9th?
Is there a way to validate authenticity of lmia, especially if the lmia is sent to me by an agent, not the employer's official email?
It would be nice if all trucking companies who sell LMIA’s are investigated and fined big time if found guilty of misinterpretation to solely sell PR’s .

Employer never finds 10 out of 10 time any suitable employee. No matter how quality is Canadian employees who post job going to end up foreign worker. All employer use LMIA as extra tax free cash income. Normal rate I’d $25000 to $100000:

I am sorry because it is an irrelevant question but does the employer pays for the low wage worker accommodation or just give him the access to the housing?
No accommodation provided unless you are working for some mining or construction work.
Small businesses will not bear it. There is nothing by law to do that.

@@Travisitslit McDonalds and KFCs are mostly Franchisees which is also small business owners. So, I don’t think majority will opt for it giving free accommodation

My company has applied for a genuine LMIA. But pgwp status expiring in 1 month. Do I automatically come under implied status?
No implied status is when your lmia is approved and you have already applied for lmia based work permit.

LMIA means hiring a slave not a worker.
Wont have any impact as the people who’re getting lmia jobs have to return the tax amount as they only get $10-11 per hour on cash and from that cash amount they still have to return back the tax (approx $800-$1000 per month) …
