I randomly found this website and legit loved the quality, delivery time and prices offered by these two websites. The one is Online Bookstore | Buy Books Online | Read Books Online (www.bookstech.in) and the second one is boookD - Book your Books! (www.boookd.com). Also, this is my November Book Haul. I ordered a book almost a week ago, but still no updates on my order.
And now the website is not even working.
The website you suggested, are they giving us the pirated ones ?
I ordered two books and got only one ......
And there isn't anything like return policy neither any customer help services availability

Nor they are have replued to my texts ,no reply to mail
I've done prepaid order because there was extra off.
But there is no option to cancel and my money is stuck what to do??
I ordered from that website in February haven't received my order yet. I tried messaging them on WhatsApp insta got no reply, commented on there posts as well all they do is delete it. They've blocked me on insta now.

If you have shared your mobile number with them, then you will get a normal text message or time-to-time updates on WhatsApp from their delivery partner - Nimbuspot.

It was 7-8 days for me. But please choose COD only. As many people are not happy with the service of BoookD. Though, my experience was good with them.
