try driving on Britannia in winter on Milton roads no thank you and having kids drive on those roads is very bad and all the roundabouts that they recently put in is an accident waiting to happen I would not invest in Milton unless u bought in 2000 and sold and left the place as things stand u can buy a home anywhere for 1.6 million nicer homes and better built resales in Vaughan and bigger lot sizes and its a city where u actually have snow removal on residential streets vs packed ice with sand your tax dollars are going to waste not worth it
I left Milton horrible neighbors not the same Milton of 2000 its changed to worse left and moved to a better area and the Hwys are a nightmare accidents everyday don't bother with Milton the snow removal in winter is garbage I went to Vaughan u get more value for the money
Also the homes in Milton are built really bad all the siding is horrible a windstorm will detroy it and the shingles are put up poorly on many new homes very bad quality built homes

Downtown (Old Milton) is Best Area .. Good Mix of different style of Homes and Walk to everything !
