Johan Escalante RUclips channel also has a superb trombone rendition of I Wish! I only discovered theirs quite recently, but both are sounding quite nice.
You should make a video doing a Hotel California Arrangement the full song please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 You should have all of Szeged Trombone, Trombone Timo, Cus Campbell, Peter Steiner, and just about every legendary trombone player you can think of for a multiple trombone player cover!!!
@@BiggieTreats HELL YEAH!!! He already did the guitar solo at the end of the song, but he needs to do a version of the full song!! Plus with a multiple trombone player cover we would hear all the legend trombone players all over the internet!!!
Unfortunately my Hotel California cover got flagged and taken down by the Eagles very litigious estate, so as much as I want to do it I think they're very certain they don't want to allow anyone to cover their songs!
@@classicaltromboneI wonder if you could get away with Seven Bridges Road since Eagles didn't write it? I see both Home Free and Foxes and Fossils covered it here in RUclips.
First time though was off my phone. It sounded great! BUT if you want the full "Christopher" effect. You have plug in those high quality headphones! It goes from great to AWSOME!
Fantastic project! The only thing that would have made it better would be if you were driving at the same time! Picture crowds of people lining the street clapping their hands!
How about a collab w/ Oli Parker - check out his version of Havana. Or a song suggestion since you like classic DCI - Bayonne Bridgemen's Big Noise from Winnetka.
Well here’s a question: Do you have a dependent bass trombone or do you just choose never to use the Gb trigger independently? Because for years I’ve never seen you use it by itself and I’ve been wondering.
I did learn on a dependent horn so that might have something to do with it, but it's just not in my muscle memory as a tenor player. I know it's there but I don't use it unless there's something fast that requires it!
@@classicaltromboneon an equipment themed follow up. I play bass primarily since coming back to brass after 20 years off. My boys and I have been playing with multi tracking and I struggle switching to tenor. Do you play one large mouthpiece for bass and a smaller or midsize for all your tenor and straight horn work or do you have 3 that you like? That alto range you get into is a ceiling for me above high d and I get into tri tones.
That audio quality is unreal for recording inside a car, incredible!
if it is really the audio from the video set: consider that there*s not much left of the real acoustic environment of the car. ^^
This is an amazing project! I thought you had left RUclips for good. Glad to see you’re back!
Not yet!!
So happy to see you making videos like this again! Brings me back
That was amazing Christopher! I’m so glad you’re back!
Glad to hear you back
This was great!
Now That's what I've been waiting for!!! More More!!!!!
Hell yeah!!
Hell yeah!!
Amazing! My band's already playing I wish but I might persuade them to play this arrangement!
So Fantastic!!! Can't stop listening over and over.
Nice work! Good luck on your journey.

Wow! Keeps getting better and better. Power.

Great!
Very impressive
Can we acknowledge the fact that apparently he best acoustics this man has access to in his is car?

YES! The acoustic version. Hearing all those guitars solos on trombone would be pretty epic.
