thank you!! ive learned so muh with you and youre actually the only one influencer i trust. I have been struggling with acne for a year (i am 15) and i am extremily insecure of my skin since 99% of the people around me have clear skin without doing nothing. I'm so glad that products aren't the only solution. I used to think that gut health and all weren't important and that products were the only important things but apparently no. You are truly an angel,i cannot thank you enough
So true. I am suffering from acne and I have oily skin I am 15 (I have acne from 2 years) now that I've found your page I kinda started being healthy.tysm !❤
You’re like one of the most experienced person ive ever seen that used to have acne. And seeing your skin look so clear and glowy like that gives me hope. Thank you!🙏
Thank you so much Millie! Really appreciate that you are so genuine about wanting to help people heal their skin. It’s hard to find straightforward advice like yours without a catch. Thank you
Just wanted to say I have appreciated your content so much, I found you only a week or so ago, but I wish I knew about you sooner!! Thanks to you, I feel hope that my skin can be as clear again! I am so grateful for all of the work and content that you have provided and hope you the best!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me hope 💗
Hi Millie! Just wanted to say thank you so much for your channel! I have looked everywhere for someone who is actually genuine and ready to discuss other ways that skin can heal other than medication and skin care products and was so happy when I found you! Your videos are so helpful for me and reassuring, and make me feel so much better! I am a 16 year old girl living in scotland and have been really down recently, my skin has been at its worse, exams are just over the horizon (after just finishing my set from this year!), so many assignments are due and some family members have passed away so I have been really stressed about everything! Despite no improvements being made quite yet with my skin, I am very confident and so happy that I have found your channel, thank you! My skin is very similar to how yours was so glad about that and glad that I can compare it in a way. I just have a question about my period cycles, my skin is best when I am ovulating and what is the proper reason for this? Can I keep it that way? Thank you so much, and keep on posting and being the beautiful glowing queen you are!! ❤❤❤❤
I love this so much it’s so helpful I’d love to see more informative videos like this about specific things !! 💞💞 it’s so interesting with skin and holistic healing I wish I could have a career learning about things like this 😭 LOVE you MILLIE you’re my favourite RUclipsr
I jotted down literally everything you told us!!❤❤ I love your videos so much millie xx Can you do a how to heal your skin barrier and what products can help next please??💗🫶🏼
I've been vegan for 10 years (since I was 16) and I definitely don't recommend it for most people. According to research a traditional Mediterranean diet is healthiest for most people. I eat whole foods-plant based and on top of doing tons of research I took nutrition courses in college, which is to say a well rounded vegan diet takes a lot of education. I personally have digestive problems that require a strict diet, but veganism doesn't automatically equal perfect health.
Hey Millie, thank you for this video! I’ve been having celery and turmeric and ginger drinks, hormone balancing teas etc for the past two and a half months as well as starting retinol, I thought i was past the purge stage however since increasing the dosage ive noticed my skin is more oily and breaking out more but so not sure if thats due to being near my period or because of the retinol! Would you recommend exfoliating as well as the retinol on my rest days (as i heard you mention skin cycling in your other video). Xxx
I always love your videos, you honestly saved me. One question I have is; Why can some people have high stress/cortisol and not have their skin be affected but others do?
cortisol causes inflammation in the body, but everyone presents inflammation differently, for some it’s acne, for some it’s eczema, for some it’s mental health conditions, and for some it’s a combination. Hope that made sense💗
Can you please talk about gut health more i feel like my acne is from my gut issues but cant exactly figure the problem in it and dont know how to solve it
I’ve learned so much with you! Thank youuuuu❤❤❤ something that I struggle with is finding unprocessed sausages and etc. I have fibromyalgia and PCOS so I wanna cut processed food but what sausages do you get? Would like organic chicken and meat from Tesco be processed?
Hi girl! I love your channel ✨🌸🧚🏼♂️ I do have a question though: can you post a list of ingredients that can be pore clogging? It’s so hard to know exactly what kind of products to use…. Hugs
Please speak loud and clearer. I am asian and not able to understand that much english! I know its my fault btw. Thanks for sharing info.we expect more from you.respect
Hey Millie I love your videos so much and you’ve helped me so much with my skin journey! But I was just wondering what would you use to dry your face during skincare and also what to use on stubborn acne scars? Hope you can help😁💖
Hi, I know you have a list of products to use on your ltk but could you make a video on what order to use them in or like a routine e.g how often to use a face mask or salicylic acid?
I’ve had acne for 3 years but it’s just recently getting super bad. Im 14 and live in a humid climate. I’ve tried everything under the sun (veganism, retinols, pills). I found your tips very helpful but I just can’t seem to get it away any tips?
Do you think u could make a little video on how to properly double cleanse??? I have the doctor Sams flawless cleanser and I’m thinking to soon by one of the oil cleansers u recommend but I don’t want to be doing anything wrong.
I feel like I have been eating so well and restricting foods. I can’t tell if I am getting an eating disorder from cutting a lot out. Has anyone else experienced this.
Replace don't just remove. Find your own healthy alternatives to the things you've cut out. It's better for your mental health. Also, you can enjoy "bad foods" every once in a while in a small portion.
hey millie! if i am on the combo pill what parts of like cycle syncing applies if at all. and as im taking anxiety meds and struggle bc of school, are there ways to help balance my cortisol better? ive tried journaling and like morning meditation but i haven’t been able to keep it up as a habit. thought? thanks! 💕💕
Hey! I was wondering, how can I know the difference between purging skin and irritation from products like retinol and salicylic acid? I have been using the inkey list salicylic acid cleanser, and it seems like I’m breaking out from it, especially when I focus on cleansing for 60 seconds every day (including an oil cleanser first for 60 seconds). Can this be too harsh on my skin and causing breakouts? It even seems like not cleansing my skin everyday makes my skin better and calmer.
i just doxycycline a month ago, and i started breaking out again as bad as the beginning and i honestly dont know if i should stop, my doctor knows that i have high enzymes in my liver but she said i will be okay if i drink a lot of water idk if she is right, so i wanted to ask for you opinion. i am only 15 struggling with sever acne and scars and i am so scared and anxious i feel so bad when i go around and it is affecting me really badly
This is such a good video! I have a question regarding ginger tumeric shots. I recently got braces therefore I cannot eat foods that will stain. Do you recommend soemthing else?
Definitely look into getting a water filter that you can attach to your shower. I had this same issue when moving to London and I couldn’t fit one onto my shower so I washed my face using water from my “brita jug” it’s basically a water filter jug. Not the most ideal situation but it’s better than using the hard water to wash my face each night💗

How important is the role of the skin barrier in healing acne/blemished skin?
Healthy skin barrier => clear skin?

Can you please do a video on fungal acne and also on if your getting skincare which products to prioritise? Thanks your amazing ❤❤❤
Ok this makes sense I always refer to acne as hormonal acne and I am on spironolactone
Oh wow so this is probably why my acne is so bad lately because I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder and the stress during meals 😬

let your skin get used to retinol for 3 months before introducing other exfoliants. You are probably purging💗
Thank you Millie you have really helped me with my skin x

is there an app that has an alarm that increases gradually in volume ??
I loveee your videos! Pls keep doing them
Do you use products with perfume in? Can it cause acne? Xx
I know everyone is different, but how long would you say it took for your skin to clear up after making all the changes you made?😊
How did you get rid of your scarring after you cleared the actual acne?❤
What do you think of ashwaganda for anxiety ?
Do you think u could make a little video on how to properly double cleanse??? I have the doctor Sams flawless cleanser and I’m thinking to soon by one of the oil cleansers u recommend but I don’t want to be doing anything wrong.
Yes of course lovely!💗
In your video description it says you are doing (1:1) calls soon does that mean that anyone can call you? also you mean so much to me 💗
what are your opinions on tretinoin I currently use it but I don’t know if it’s helping. Love your videos btw 🫶
Hi! Do you recommend a liver detox?
Hope to have a call 1:1 with u soon! But I am in Vietnam🇻🇳 so whether is it possible to make this dream come true😭?
Hi, I had two questions… is the brand Environ something you would recommend? What do you do for white headed pimples?
How do you know what foods you’re intolerant to?
I feel like I have been eating so well and restricting foods. I can’t tell if I am getting an eating disorder from cutting a lot out. Has anyone else experienced this.

do you recommend a certain alarm app that is better than one that raises your cortisol?

Ps I already drink healthy juices daily. But my acne is still super inflamed
turmeric capsules 💗
Ok thank you 💗
I am wondering how much of an impact the cycle syncing does have when you take the pill. Because technically then you dont have these phases, right?
being completely honest it will make zero difference as you don’t ovulate so you don’t have any of your natural hormones / phases 💗
I have fungal acne and each time I use oil balms for double cleanse I break out, what should I use for double cleanse ?
👍👍👍
Do you use a retinol
Is it possible not to break out when you have your period?
yes if you make sure your liver and bowels are metabolising the excess hormones efficiently when you’re having big hormonal shifts💗
@@LifeWithMils thank youuu
how to deal with hard water and acne cuz i’ve been breaking out ever since i move to indiana for uni
