That constant value .366 is for that particular pouring cylinder only and it varies. Please don't blindly follow.
That constant is basically the weight of sand discharged from cone part ( present in beneath) of cylinder when shutter is on. Our intention is to find weight of sand filled in hole but cone part sand also is heaped over top of hole that has to be deducted.

2nd you set the cylinder upon steel tray , that's wrong, we have to set the cylinder upon the compacted bed , you have to remove the tray after soil excavation,
