I just googled it because my curiousity has no bounds, anyway, basically Simi and Haze are these twins that were friends of Bella Hadid and then when Bella broke up with The Weeknd, Simi started dating The Weeknd and then Bella later got together with this guy Marc but they called it quits at the start of 2023. and now other twin Haze is dating Marc. So basically her twin friends ended up both dating her exes.
