This show set the standard for fashion shows. Anytime a runway show is referenced in tv or movies, they show exactly this, models doing this walk, a straight runway, flashy outfits, and this kind of minimal house music. Bravo sir Galliano, bravo !

The models walk is perfection! And for can all of you saying "who wears these things" lady gaga or nicki minaj can only wear this" - Let us be reminded that the clothes that you wear today are all inspired by the high end Runways. John Galliano is a pioneer in fashion for a reason.

one of my favorite collections for dior...
fashion shows need to go back to what they once were...full of edge, excitement, and fierce poses...just as its presented in this show (although Dior and John Galliano still have it in them)
My favorite was at 2:33 omg I love her pose and the way how she turned around.
the early 2000's and mid were great years for fashion when it came to runway now the models these days are cheap there are few supermodels now

WOW I didn't know Maria Carla Boscono had been working the runway that long, and she was still all over the runways in Paris and Milan a just few weeks ago! It's a little rare to see girls on the runway for more than a few seasons.

I miss the old galliano hooker/ harajuku/new romantic dayz.... Galliano was always ahead of everybody, he did platforms before it even started coming back around 2005, and those pant on the first look is kinda what designers are designing now

@rvggarcon yes, there are a few girls in this show who have begun even before 2003 and are still running the catwalk (Raquel at 2:09, Karolina at 4:41, Stella Tennant (2nd part of the video)). They are all much better than the 16-year-old skinny girls...

I was referring to gtgoon's comment as I thought you were too, but obviously not. anyway, If i saw a girl wearing a piece from any of the first few looks of the show, anywhere, I wouldn't think she was trying hard. I would think she was fabulous and had a fierce taste for clothes. NOW, if she wore any kind of couture dress, I would think she was crazy, but I would still not automatically think "Oh she is trying too hard"
