Oh nooo, I noticed by your key that they still have not answered your question about the Phthalates. Let me see if they can give me any answer about this, as someone also asked me recently if they are cruelty free. I think it would be so much easier for these companies to just list all the ingredients on the website, especially since its made to be worn on your skin! I just discovered your channel and followed! Loved this review! I also LOVEEEEE Mahni Cassonade! I also experienced the exact same thing with Maison de Darius. I ordered Notorieta in the last week of July and did not receive it until the last week in September. I emailed him repeatedly to remind him that I had not received it. He did respond and told me that he was sending it out immediately. Then when I never received a shipping notification, I emailed him again to remind him that it had not shipped. Once I did receive it, the bottle was leaking all over the place. Wonderful fragrance but I'm afraid his customer service will prevent him from rising and being great in the fragrance community. By the way, he also promised me a free bottle which I never received. 🙄🙄🤦♀🤦♀

There is nothing that bothers me more than poor customer service. To just ignore a consumer is completely unacceptable. What a great haul! I am also loving Mahani Cassonade! I agree with you on the moisture in hempz lotions. The scent is wonderful but I definitely use a moisturizing lotion first, then layer Hempz on top. Now my skin is on the dryer side, so maybe others have a different experience????

Im obsessed with Mahni Cassonade, i cant stop spraying it and this is someone who doesnt like gourmands like that. Its done beautifully and it will get better, i think its that bergamot that does it for me it cuts the sickly nauseating scent i get from gourmands eg bianco latte. I often use citrus scents with gourmands and that makes me tolerate them and i dont need to do that here. Love this

Their customer service SUCKS! I too only purchased to support Sharida and made 2 separate orders (foolishly) as a first time customer. I got 2 notifications for each order stating the packages were delivered to a forwarder with no means of tracking. It's almost been a week and I haven't received the packages and they have not acknowledged my messages. Almost $400 just missing?! NEVER again!!!!!
Wow! That's ridiculous! I'm mad for you! 😡😡 that is way too much money to just have it unanswered for. If push comes to shove (hopefully it shows up soon), but if not, I hope you are able to call your back and get your money back.

Girl! I had the same thing happen when I ordered from Maison. What’s crazy is he’s in Washington DC I’m in Philadelphia a two hour drive and it took 8 weeks for me to get my order. There was no apology or extra items to compensate for that. I refuse to speak about his brand on my channel because my experience was so negative.
I discovered Tipsy last summer and their butters are good. You’ll have to try The Fragrance Vault XO which is black woman owned. Her products are top tier and she have oils, perfume and body butters and her packaging comes like it’s a Chanel package.

I totally agree with you about Navitus customer service. I did not have a great experience with them during the launch of ambrosia imperial. The only reason I purchased from them is to support AI The Great and Sharida.

I had the same experience with Maison de Darius. I don’t understand why I had to keep reaching out to them on the status of my order, and shipped the product with that top, smh. It was love at 1st sniff for Mahni Cassonade. I can’t wait to play with it some more.

I love Sharida also! I watched all her videos and when I saw that she was going to be releasing a gourmand fragrance, I was super intrigued! But Navitus as a brand, never again! They have very poor customer service. I preordered this perfume from day one and I still have not received it and there's very little update! I will never purchase from them again!

Hello, Muffet. I'm really happy to have found your channel. I agree with you. I purchased Mahni Cassonade to support Sherida, but I won't purchase anything else from them. I'm concerned about phthalates and parabens in fragrances and body care also. There is evidence that they are toxic. I love fragrances, but I tend to only spray them on my clothes and not my body. So, thank you so much for doing the research and finding out which fragrances are free of them. I have a sample of Notorieta and it's awesome. I intend to purchase it when the website is up and running again. I would love to try Sugar Mama Fragrances and The 7 Virtues Cherry Ambition. I love cherry fragrances. ❤

I haven't come across a channel like yours that offers a resource for people like us who are aware of the problems that phthalates and parabens can cause. I watched your video about you getting rid of most of the makeup you owned. I haven't been as diligent as I need to be in that area but I'm working on it. 😊 I'm pretty sure that a few Indie makeup brands, such as Klarity Kosmetics (Black-owned), Give Me Glow, and Sydney Grace, have talc-free eyeshadows, and they're having Black Friday sales soon.

It smells good but the brown sugar or Carmel smells like I spilt maple syrup on my shirt. And it just sticks out so much like it isnt blended or something. I can't explain it😅
