I'm pretty sure that drunk cowboy at the beginning was Jones (and boy did he get fat later on!). I didn't know they'd brought on new cops over the seasons. This show is so underrated. I've never not laughed watching it.

This officer is INCREDIBLE. Going on a limb here, but I’m willing to bet his entire police force is filled with righteous, upstanding and honorable officers, who take every case seriously and risk their lives for the sake of their community. You couldn’t script this better if you tried!
