    Another beautiful set. And so bright and what a truly masterful application of the gel polish. Trying to do underneath on my own nails has been a struggle. Once it gets to the edge I can’t seem to figure out how to not make it go around the world. You do such a great job making them thin and natural looking from underneath. 💅❤️🤩

      To fix your problem you can go from the middle towards the left side with forward rotations on your e file and then put it in reverse ad do from middle to right, that way you'll have more control over it :)

      @@ioanatarnaveschi thank you for the tip. I will try that. Some things are just so darn hard when doing them on yourself with the angles you’re stuck with working in them.

      @@cjinpa5713 I get you. I started doing my nails at the beginning of 2021 and being left handed made the process of learning stuff even harder because most of the bits are for right handed people 🤷🏻‍♀️, but now I know all I need to know.

    • @cjinpa5713
      @cjinpa5713 Год назад +1

      @@ioanatarnaveschi yes so I started at the end of 2021. I always had long natural nails but my pointer and middle finger nails were splitting from years of a bad habit so all I wanted to do was put some acrylic on them so I had something to file down. Then I went down a rabbit hole and now I do hard gel on myself. 😆Went 8 weeks without doing any maintenance because I was taking care of my mom and this set was one of the most frustrating since I started. Only getting practice every few weeks doesn’t help with speed that’s for sure. I did get a practice hand but just took her back and haven’t had time to mess with it at all and I’m beat mentally and physically. Gel polish is quite different compared to nail polish which I was used to so that’s been a challenge too. I do see some company’s have left and right handed bits but probably you had to stick to like an x cut so it will work for you too? Thanks for helping me out. Being a year ahead I’m sure you’ve ran into all kinds of things too like I am now.

      @@cjinpa5713 that's sweet! Yeah, practice does help tons! Things will begin to be easier and enjoyable as you continue :) Also the satisfactio you get when you have a nice fresh set is unbeatable.
      I'm praying for you and your mom ❤️ I hope you two are safe and healthy :)

    Stunning!! How do you get just the right amount of alochol onto your brush for the polygel? I'm always flooding the nail and I'm pretty sure that's what is causing mine to lift all the time.

      Sameee here. I dont know why i need so much liquid to spread the poly gel. I think I need to practice applying product and tapping it down to mold vs dragging the product. I havent quite got the technique but I assume thats my problem.

    Beautiful nails. I get my nails done about every 3-4 weeks. The heat from the electric nail file gets me every time. Are they doing something wrong,or are my nails to thin? And they never clean my cuticles so I always have lifting so they tell me it's because my nails are oily.

    • @Jenny-zd4ge
      @Jenny-zd4ge Год назад +1

      You should try another nail salon because the things you described should not happen so often. Especially the heat from the electric file, it could be dangerous.

    If one of the viewers could help me please, I have been using many products over the years but every time I use a non-wipe top coat it stays kind of tacky. When I wipe it it goes matte. So I keep using hard top coat which cannot be soaked off, which works great but I would just love to know the cause of all this.
    Usually I apply rubber base, then Komilfo bottle gel, then nothing or some color like Artnail. No wipe top coat is Komilfo.
    I have zero lifting and my cure is surely full but tackiness is driving me mad.

    • @IcePrincess326
      @IcePrincess326 6 месяцев назад +1

      For the Komilfo brand, it seems like it may be best to remove the tacky layer of the bottle gel (you may also shape the nail and even buff the surface) prior to applying the no wipe top coat. Hope this helps!

      @@IcePrincess326 thank you, it makes sense! I hope komilfo top coat stays shiny for a long time, as advertised.

    What your cutting is not the cuticle. It is the eponychium.

    Hi Tatiana, just a question...why are you removing the living skin at the top of the cuticle? We are taught not to cut any living skin, but only the cuticle that is ón the nail plate. Please advise? Thanks

      And yet Tatyana's client chose that colour so while it might not be to your liking it was to the person wearing it...and that's what's important here 🤷‍♀️
