I knew that eventually it was coming. God's timing is always perfect.🙏🛐 I so needed this today. 🙏
I mean, you absolutely preferred being a mom over going back to work, so yeah I saw it coming.
I was corporate Crystal for nearly 20 years. I always wanted to be a Realtor but was never at a place in my life to be able to do that. I needed full time income and insurance benefits. The beginning of 2022 I wrote a goal sheet and number 1 was getting my real estate license....but I never did it. December 2022, I lost my job. Normally I would have been filled with anxiety and would frantically be searching new jobs, but I leaned to God and listened. People were put in my life and connections happened...and in February 2023 I became licensed real estate agent and have had 3 closing and working on 3 more! All in God's timing. I could share more but this is the short version. God has been working in me everyday!🙌
I too quit my full-time corporate job about a year ago to follow what God has and it has been scary and troubling but also giving me an opportunity to trust Him more. it's encouraging and sweet to hear about your journey
Same with me @feelinit. I left my corporate job July 1st of last year to follow God's plan for my life as well. This journey has been a stretch of my trust and faith in relying on God. I wanted to be further along in my progress by now but I know I have to trust the process and God at work in my life and journey 🙏
Thanks for sharing! I'm thinking about quitting mine but am not sure if it's a reckless idea as I've not felt peace over it yet. I'm constantly comparing myself to others and feeling ashamed that my career hasn't taken off yet, or I haven't got the promotions other people my age have, or I don't measure up to the 'expectations' of a woman in the world of work.
But it is just that; a world of work.
I've come to it recently that what I need to build cannot be seen, nor can it be stolen or destroyed. I need to build for the coming kingdom, not this present failing one. If I quit (/when, but I'm waiting on God's timing- I've no idea what else I'd do to make a bit of money) then I may be less in the eyes of this world, but I will have more time for JESUS, and that's what I lack right now.
Chasing after promotions and corporate roles is like chasing the wind, and we're never satisfied. It steals our attention, our appetites, our energy and our minds away from Christ, who literally gave all that He had for me.
Time is so precious, and so fleeting! I'm so scared to make the jump and leave the stability of my job, but if I gain Christ in doing so, I gain THE MOST PRECIOUS THING! Sometimes I lose sight of that, and the devil tells me to look for something more. That's why I must die daily to the flesh, and come to Jesus again and again and again, to dwell in His changeless love and know that He alone completes me, and there is NOTHING greater than Him ❤

Never will you regret spending time with Judah! I was a stay at home mom for many years and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it and how grateful I am to God for letting me do it that way. God knew that I was not cut out to be a professional and a mom and He gave me the time I truly wanted. Being a mom is the absolute best!! Later on, I did return to work, but when I was ready to do so!! Enjoy your new chapter, Kaci!!

I quit my full-time job as a teacher last month to become a stay-at-home-mom for my two kids. It was really hard because I’m a teacher for nine years. The transition was difficult, but I took the leap and trusted God. 🥹 I quit my job, then my husband got a new job that can support our family. All along I was afraid to quit my job, but when we let God do His thing, nothing can stop it. I really thank God for the blessings and provisions. And, thank you Kaci for sharing this. God had me leave a 40 hr a week job to go to a 15 hr per week job (and I’m a single mother) however, the five months was a struggle at times but I gained humility and learned contentment even with very little! Back to 40hrs now! Congrats on your Leap!!
I quit my job too this year. Making almost 100k, not easy, but the more I researched about early development 0-3 years, the more I felt God was telling me to trust Him. My husband got a raise and we have been making it work and I've never been happier. Good for you sis ❤
I will never quit worshipping God, l will keep believing in Jesus until l go to heaven or l get rapture into heaven 🙏 🎉🎉

I’ve been kind of created in church my whole life, but not in a very consistent way. I only gave my life completely to God at may of 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. I work at a Publishing house for four years now and it has been a teenage dream come true. But I have been feeling in my heart that I should quit for a while now. We work with a lot of content that I know doesn’t satisfy God. So after a lot of thinking and prayer I decided I’m leaving next month. It was not an easy decision, I’m not really sure what I’m going to do next, but I feel a peace at my heart that I’ve felt few times before.
As a financial advisor who has learned so much from my clients lives/stories I’ll share this….
Everyone worries about running out of money but everyone absolutely will run out of time and health. Time and health are truly the scarce resource that you should maximize every chance you get.
I’m happy that God provided the opportunity for you to leave your corporate job but still make an income and be at home with your son. I pray you remain rooted in Christ in your ministry and the “why” behind the work you do.
There are a lot of video creators who lose sight of their initial mission and become salespeople, where every single video or post is selling a product to people. It becomes a lot less authentic when someone reaches that point. Of course, I’m not saying that is what will happen here, but I pray God helps you to keep the right balance of ministry first.

I feel that God is calling me to leave my full-time job too but I haven't yet established other means of income. I know He is preparing me to focus more on ministry and has given me ideas that can help grow his daughters around the world through social media and other platforms, but I believe he is having me be patient so I know that it is Him working rather than me thinking it is my strategy or of my own doing in any way. I'm excited for the day when I get to testify of his goodness in my life by allowing me to also be a stay-at-home mom and raising my children in faith.

Hi Kaci, I just started watching your series on Esther last week. I was looking for a study on Esther as I am in my last semester of grad school. I have found your study on Esther and this video very encouraging during a very challenging time in my life. Your testimony of God's provision is so encouraging. God had always been the faithful provider for my children and I. His provision has changed as our circumstance have changed. Hearing how He has been faithfully providing for others is just what I needed to hear today. Thank you for following God's plan for you and your family's life.

I actually started on a journey for my health that I had been too afraid to embark on but God has been impressing on my heart that I'm not meant to live in fear and so I have taken those steps and continue to in faith.

Praise God for your testimony! Thank you for sharing I really enjoyed your story! God is so awesome. I'm in a new season as well I was homeless for about 7 months, but God blessed me with my own place so I'm I a new beginning as well and new provision. God is always providing. For me I work part time and been on my job for 2 years and love my job and surrounded my amazing people at my workplace, with me working part time I'm also an author of 2 books and working on finishing my 3rd book as well. At my current job I'm learning so much life skills, advice and encouragement and alot of support which is a blessing, both of my parents are deceased, but the divine connections through my church and work have been a true blessing how God just restores what we've lost and never leaves us and so much I've missed through my childhood, but God has been allowing me to get it through ppl I didn't even see coming like managers and different ladies at my job and my church it's amazing how God just works and how He truly will turn everything around that the enemy meant for our evil for our good.

I have so many testimonies of how God has work things out in my life, even on being a full time mom now because I was able to work from home.
There was a leap in my life to move to Ga from Mi that my husband and I had being praying over and seeking Gods guidance about, for over 8 years. And God really worked it out for us in supernatural ways that I was easily able to declare that it was nothing but God. Even from me finding your channel last year and watching my first video of yours about…. I don’t quite remember the tittle but you spoke about GPS and how God and the nudging of the Holy Spirit working to guide you was similar. And how you won’t know unless you move by faith. But you’ll never know by standing still.

So happy to hear that you are staying home with you precious baby! 🎉 I was hoping God would lead you toward His perfect family structure. Daycare is detrimental to children. Mothers are not meant to be separated from their babies. No job or money should ever come between a mother and child. God has called us to be homemakers and make sure our children and husbands are without want first before work. Time invested in your marriage and teachings and love poured into your children will lead your family to amazing blessings. Praying for you to have strength as a homemaker and to never undervalue the work you are doing. Homemaking is a ministry in itself. Titus 2:4❤

Kaci, you will never regret staying home to be with Judah and any other children. I was a stay at home mom and had always wanted to be one and God provided a way for me to do that! Eventually, I went back to work and my children got to see what a working mom looked like. I believe God knew that I was not cut out to be a professional worker and a mom at the same time.

I'm so happy for you!!!! I remember almost a year ago I took a leap to join the medical assisting program. I knew God wanted a change and to get me out of retail and to do something new. I've made the greatest friends, had an awesome teacher, and finished an amazing program. Now going on extern in a few days and I am looking forward to graduation! This story really encouraged me for sure and I have high hopes for the future! Praise the Lord, Kaci!!!

The timing of this testimony is perfect as it confirms my journey of stepping out of the wilderness and entering into a new phase in my career path and how God is consistently providing and teaching me how to trust with each step. I had a similar situation this year, I am an international tutor and recently I quit my job with a company that I had worked with for nearly 4 years to become self-employed and work for myself. It was a huge and scary time but I saw God's hand in it so much and I can't wait to see what the new school term holds! I already have lessons and children signed up for September!
To those who are in a similar area of life, or even walking through this season in life, just know that God has got you, you may not see it now but you will see it someday!
