Not particularly optimistic about the Raptors for this year. But they might surprise us all. RJ has been a delight of late. We shall see what happens. I will be once again following the Indiana Pacers as much as the Raptors this year. With a couple of Canadians on their roster, along with Pascal, I feel I have alot to cheer for.

The best thing the raptors can do to build around Scottie is surround him with shooters, just like the magic did with Dwight. When ever Scottie drives, he gets double team half the time and he can just kick it out to someone like iq or gradey. if the raptors can add someone like a buddy Hield or seth curry. All we need is a good defense to compete for a playoff or play in spot
That's just it. It's not about bad players, it's about proper utilization and not making poor choices. If the players can't find their respective rhythms, you can't fill the holes properly either. Key points are to not get lost, know your roles, and your rhythm so if there are holes, they can be filled properly. Knowing which roles to utilize against one team to the next to stop people like Tatum or SGA.

How this Raptors’ upcoming season goes remains TBD although I hope it goes a lot better than last season did.
