The load is going to change the pattern a low making it more hingey but you can still apply the rest. Still want good ribcage positioning and knees should still travel forward otherwise it’s a good morning
This is a fundamentally flawed demonstration because before you teach someone "how" to squat, you first have to understand "why" they're squatting. Is the goal just hypertrophy? If so is it primary anterior or posterior focused? Are they an Olympic weightlifter or Crossfitter and need to develope a squat specific for the need of those sports? Are they a power lifter and need a squat pattern specific to that sport? There are many different squat variations and they all have their purpose. There is no one end all be all way to squat.
