  • I have had quite a few viewers telling that their vets are not helpful and actually persuading owners tohave their pets unnessarily put down.
Also, are bumblebees really suffering from the myth that is man made global warming?

Happened to me a few years ago took my cat to the vet after he was attacked by a dog with no fatal looking injuries, apparently he just died, I was never given a real reason.
Last year, my other cat got sick and had trouble with her back legs, same vet all she wanted to do was kill her, like she was obsessed with it.
no tests nothing, just trying to convince me to euthanized my cat, I insisted on tests, cost thousands no answers so I took her home and she recovered fine.

There's a wonderful channel called "Caticles" by Jess about feeding your cats a balanced diet, not using "cat food."
Cats need ORGAN meets... do NOT think you are "treating" your cat by giving it canned tuna or other foods for humans... unless you live on a farm & regularly eat livers, hearts & gizzards yourself.
And FISH is NOT a genera that wild cats typically eat, either.
Very expensive cat food like TikiCat make almost everything they market with fish in it.
Cats also need to CHEW their food... these canned foods made to appeal to owners that look like baby foods -- "pate" -- are NOT good for domestic cats.
Cats also are NOT evolved to eat starches, grains, vegetables, or fruits... stay away from foods with these fillers that are marketed to be a "balanced" diet.
      CATS ARE CARNIVORES!
      As are dogs.
And cats will rarely drink water.
They should NEVER be fed DRY cat "food"!
They WILL develop kidney failure... especially males.

Vets are no better than doctors for everyday issues as they have admitted to me they make a lot of money with medications and fake food from the major global "petfood" companies. But I would take my animals if they, say, broke a leg or some such accident. I have started a homeopathic remedies business with well trialled products that address teeth cleaning, itchy skin, muscle strains, separation distress etc etc and we have been able to save customers 100's of dollars at the vet and less interventions like general anesthetics and expensive and mostly ineffective itch injections. I also feed my dogs only wild raw and they have never been so healthy.

My elderly dog who passed last Christmas Day was at the vet many years ago with a limp (it was the day I started wondering about vets). She said he urgently needed surgery on his kneecap as he had luxating patella. That would be $4000 thanks. And then probably would need the other corresponding leg done soon after. Ching Ching. He stopped limping when I started lifting him down to the ground from the back seat of my 4WD instead of jumping down. (He had quite short legs, medium to small size breed) And I continued to do so for the rest of his life. No need for surgery AT ALL - ever. Years later another vet said he needed to lose some weight and persuaded me to feed him Hills "Science" Diet weight management kibble. He developed pancreatitis from this food and was prescribed daily tablets that he was supposed to take for the rest of his life. I changed him to a wild raw diet, stopped his medication and he lived to a ripe old age with more energy than he had ever had. I avoid the vets now but would obviously take the pets if they needed accident care.

See my post further up our dog is also called Spud I went to buy her off a so-called breeder that was obviously a front for puppy farming it was at a private house and the woman brought two pups in for me to look at, these pups I can only describe as thread bear, no fur hardly and wet off there own urine I just started making my excuses to leave and got up to go but our Spud cried out and crawled toward me on her belly looking terrified along the floor crying as if to say please don't leave me.
I didn't choose her she chose me I couldn't leave her she cost me a small fortune to get her to good health but she survived we called her spud because of how she looked when we first got her, white with black spots and no fur she looked like an old baked potato hence Spud.
Everyone who sees her for the first time even now says what a lovely little puppy and is shocked when I say she's 12 well I say everyone apart from a vet in my other post that wanted to bump her off.

I grew up with dogs and so did my parents when they were young. Our dogs never once went to a vet and my childhood dog lived to 16 years. I think this is because they ate organic meat and vegetables as well as wild plants they came across.
We didn't take them for walks on hard arthritis causing pavements because we had a garden, fields next to us and took them to nearby woods to explore. It's what we need, too.
Friends tell me the extortionate fees vets charge for what, in my opinion, is maltreatment by ignorance or willing damage. One person's cat was given 3 weeks to live it had so many problems but the vet still prescribed profitable antibiotics! I suggested to the friend plant minerals and raw fish and the cat started leaping around again in a week! It lived over 3 years more. The vet said he'd never known antibiotics to work so quickly. It was remarkable, indeed, as they had gone immediately in the bin.

My cat became severely obese after a castration that was recommended to her as a kitten. She ballooned to 6 kilos and should've been 3.5 kg. In February this year she began vomitting. In March she lost weight. In April she stopped eating and drinking. I've lost count how many times I called several different vets in one week. One told me she had "behavioral issues" and needed to be put on a waiting list for "therapy". Even though I showed her on videocam being in obvious pain the vet did not pick up that it was an emergency. I called animal hospitals (it was night and weekend) and they told me to give her "laxatives" if she's not going on the litter tray. I said she's not constipated. She's just too weak to walk. No concern on their part. I rush her in. They take every exam known to man, scans, ultrasound ect... every test except a blood test. I call them out on why they didn't take a simple blood test. They say "it would've cost you more". I know how much a blood tests costs, it's much less than x-ray tests. They send my cat home and tell me she's clear.
During the following 5 days she is actively dying. I call several times and they tell me to "wait another day and call back tomorrow" and see if she gets better and just give her more painkillers. Days go. She gets worse. I rush her in again and tell them in the reception that something is wrong. She's now vomitting white foam at the clinic in front of them. They first don't wanna take her in and say she doesn't appear too ill "because she's breathing normally". I say she's dying.
They finally admit her. I get a call the next day that she has end stage liver failure, jaundice, pancreatitis and fatty liver. That she needs to be sedated, tube fed, medicated ect to save her.
I say no she's suffered enough. Vet convinces me to keep her alive. But my cat had enough. Prognosis extremely bad. After putting her down, the bill was £2040 (after insurance was deducted). All this was preventable with a blood test. I feel like they knew she was dying but wanted me to keep her alive and come back for more treatments which I'd have to pay for.
Im a first time cat owner and Im not an expert on cat illnesses, but Im absolutely gutted that I could see my cat was in distress and the vets couldn't "see" it themselves even with years of training.
She was only 4 years and 11 months old. A month precisely from her 5th birthday.

I'm so desperately sorry for your loss. I think now my dog was euthanised for no good reason. The vet persuaded me after drugging him that made me think he was in terrible pain and suffering. Sorriest thing I ever did. This was 2 and a half years ago and I'm still mourning him especially after what I've learned since. Did you know on the UK government website they listed what money doctors and other medical professionals would get for killing people? As I looked down that list my blood ran cold because on it was "veterinarians". They were getting money too for putting down our pets. I'll never forgive them and hope one day to have enough money to have the death of my best friend and companion, my beloved dog, investigated and take it to court with the proof they deliberately killed my sweet, gentle dog.

Richard, did you know on the UK government website they listed what money doctors and other medical professionals would get for killing people? As I looked down that list my blood ran cold because on it was "veterinarians". Vets were getting money too for putting down our beloved pets, including mine. I'll never forgive them and hope one day to have enough money to have the death of my best friend and companion, my beloved dog, investigated and take it to a Common Law court with the proof they killed my sweet, gentle dog, because, as we all well know now, we will never get anywhere in the rotten, corrupt, degenerate "legal" system.

My dog had serious liver issues with jaundice symptoms about 4 months ago. The vet was very good and had her in over 2 nights, after which she was much improved and came home on a special diet and 2 medications. Foolishly, 3 months on, due to some remaining liver enzyme elevation, I paid £50 for a renewed prescription for the medication she has been kept on after monthly blood tests (£65 a time) without checking what is in the tablets. They are largely made from milk thistle (which is fine) with added cottonseed oil (toxic, highly processed, not natural mammalian food) and a form of sugar (refined carbohydrate, also toxic non-food for a carnivorous mammal). I'm mad I've been spending £50 per month on these pills! I've now bought pure milk thistle capsules for my dog and dosing according to a natural medicine veterinarian's advice.
Were the cottonseed oil and sugar in the tablets there to continue to provide a low-dose liver poisoning effect? I still have to talk to the vet about this.

In answer to the title of this video... YES!! They most certainly are!!!
I took my dog for a simple regular checkup when he was 12 yrs old and he was so healthy the vet didn't believe me that he was 12. He was slightly overweight (apparently) and that was enough for the vet to STRONGLY suggest to put him down along with his age! She said "You might as well put him down now because he's old anyway"!!! Low and behold, about 1 year later, he got a bit crook so I took him to the vet to see what was going on. An Asian vet (male) was first to check him out and said he needed a simple treatment to get him back to good again but he would need to stay for the weekend. I got a phone call Monday morning (I left him at the vet on Friday afternoon) from the same bloke who said "He's responding excellent to the treatment and should be good as gold in a few days and I could come pick him up today (Monday)"... I was on my way to collect him when I got another phone call, this time from the same (female) vet who suggested I put him down and she said "I'm sorry... He's gone!"... Then she hung up abruptly! I wanted to literally kill her and I think she knew that would be my reaction as she wasn't there when I arrived... she had to "step out suddenly". I asked to have her call me to discuss what happened and she NEVER called, NO ONE from the clinic called me to explain anything! She owned the clinic and I suspect she told (or threatened) the other staff to not say a word or even talk to me. If I EVER find out she needled my dog, I WILL WREAK VENGEANCE!!!
