As a certified NMT, I do not see how this machine helps you get in shape. I can see how it would be great to relax muscles, and I see how exercise is good for you, but I don't see how combining the two really does anything spectacular. I might have to have it explained to me by whoever patented this, but this video raises more questions then it's ever going to answer.

They had these in the 70s and they do work.....and they are great for removing cellulite!
Yeah. It's the "results" they're coming back for. I gotta think that producer was about to confess her love for that machine.
I feel a certain way after watching this.
Every home should have this. A more portable one, of course! It really works. It's actually an old school machine that used to be in every Gym!❤❤❤
