You guys are so dang strong. It’s truly admirable.. it’s NOT the same but I took care of my aunt in the last few years of her life. To watch someone wither away and not being able to stop it.. it changes you. Every time you talk about Logan and his story, I get so so emotional. It’s so hard but you both are so strong.

You are absolutely right, you have NOT a clue unless you have been there. Even so, all our stories who have lost an infant, a child in general no matter the age still don't fully understand each other's grief exactly. None of my friends or family truly can grasp what I feel... especially during the first year, I felt so very alone & some days I still do. I don't think I have the strength to try again but I still have some years on my biological clock so I leave it in God's Hands honestly. I miss and grieve for my daughter daily. I feel no parent, no loving guardian should ever have to endure such pain. I never knew the heart could physically ache until I lost her. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Shanna & Cory (& all the kids) as well as everyone here in the comments who has unfortunately endured this. My daughter was taken on a mistake due to the Healthcare system so until my case is over, I relived this pain every day for the last couple years, it should be over soon, finally, so I can properly grieve/heal. 💜
My prayers are with you through this difficult time. I hope you can feel your sweet daughter by your side. From one angel mom to another. ❤️
My baby boy Aaron was born early at 32 weeks due to placenta previa. He weighed 4lbs 12ozs. That was a good size for him being that early. He did so well. He breathed on his own and was thriving.
When he came home he was still tiny but he was home. Then on his due date 2months and 9 days later he passed from SIDS. It was so hard as it was unexpected. After the fact we were told its common for premmies. I can remember it like it just happened. I still all of his things. He wore his outfit he was supposed to come home in to be buried in
It was fitting as he was going home to be with Jesus.
We had many people say and do weird things as well. One person said we shouldnt have had a funeral...he was our baby...he lived and breathed and was home...what a horrible thing to say. People would literally cross the street to avoid us because they didnt know what to say so instead theyd just ignore us.
I can relate to so much of what youre saying. It is not an easy thing at all but hus memory is still with me and he lives in my heart always
I lost my little brother when he was 2 years old so I only got a year with him cause he was I the hospital for a year. I am so sorry for your lost. I know how it feels it gets harder and harder every day. He is watching over yall everyday. ❤ Happy birthday to Logan.
Thank you for sharing my ex wife and I lost two sets of twins and my son as well it never gets any easier I still miss my children but I have their memories and the good times

Man I’m so emotional. I have not gone through loosing a child, but I was very close. My story is (I’ll keep it short) May 4, 2020 my now ex husband almost killed me and my unborn child (I was 7-8 weeks pregnant) and the drs were surprised if she would be okay. I had a feeling that something was wrong and my mom heart had to go to check on her and I’m here to say that she was okay. She was born 3 weeks early with no health problems. I was told that she would probably have health problems of how her biological dad hurt us. She’s almost 4 now and to this day I call her my miracle child. I would never in this world know how grieving parents do it, y’all are very strong!!
Every year when you guys post this video I cry. It is the hardest thing listening to you guys talk about what you had to go through. I'm only 14 and I can tell just how hard it must be to have your baby pass. Around the 12 minute mark was when I started crying. I have a little brother and I can't even imagine what it would be like for him to pass away. We love you guys, keep pushing through!!❤️❤️🩹❤️❤️🩹

My heart aches for you, not the same but I helped take care of my Dad during his fight with dementia that’s considered the long goodbye, he passed after 4 years. He was only 74, we saw him right after he passed and that was so hard!
