Mike needs to start hitting the gym. Lifting weights, jogging, and preparing to feel good and be happy. He needs to work on his diet. Make sure he's eating enough and healthy as well. Get his protein in and not as many carbs. He would feel so much better if he started working on himself, his body and mind would thank him. I don't know if Mike is even strong and healthy enough to exercise now, but I know he could do something, and just work his way up slow. He'll get off that chair way quicker too.
