Yes and no. To be honest the Warrior clans got themselves into this mess. If you follow the lore their were basically a few warrior factions vying for power the main 2 of which were Death Watch and the True Mandalorians. Death Watch wanted to take the clans back to why they were in the beginning of the species (basically a total war state where you can fight, kill, and do anything you want for honor with no rules or obligations) claiming that they had strayed to far from their original ways.The True Mandalorians, on the otherhand, followed the ways of Mandalore the Preserver (A Mandalorian leader who reformed Mano society several thousand years ago to make it more sustainable and honorable.). His reforms were basically to honor all deals, don't attack or kill innocents unless absolutely necessary, and be absolutely loyal to clan and race. To summarize everything the factions waged several wars over who would rule Mandalore and decide the fate of the people until most of them were wiped out, Mandalore was near un inhabitable due to nuclear fallout, Concord Dawn had half the planet blow up (literally), Concordia had most of it's resources taken to make weapons, and many of the remaining Mando's were just sick of it all. The dutchess rose to power claiming a better way, gained support of the Republic to build those shield cities so they could live on Mandalore and the 2 factions kept fighting until the DW tricked the Jedi into wiping out the True Mando's for them. The last TM, Jango Fett, then managed to wipe out most of DW which then went into hiding (during which time Pre took over DW.)Fun Fact: Pre's father was the original leader of DW.

Vizla is a totally different and unrelated clan, Death Watch's is Viszla, and we may see Deathwatch, or Mandalorian Protectors at some point, possibly some Mandalorian's that follow Jaster Mereel's code rather than the new Mandalorians, but I think it's most likely if we see any it will probably be the pacified retards of New Mandalore rather than any of the Mandos we want to see. Also Sabine is not from Clan Viszla, she's from Clan Wren, an ally of House Viszla - However I'm unsure how all that works since I don't know everything. But yeah, Disney can't leave out Mandalorians, there's too much of a backing and fanbase around them, if they did, they wouldn't get as much money. They could literally make sooo much extra just off the people that hate how they're doing it but want to see Mandalorians, especially if they're done right as warriors instead of pacified morons or idiots that get killed off in ways that conflict the character. If they keep even a third of this canon then it will be great. DreamsAnd if they keep all of it canon then it's going to take what's left of the Republic, Luke, a fully trained Rey, and a lot of luck to stop Mandalore from shoving his armored boot up Snoke's *** so far he chokes on it.

I'm still holding my breath though as Fenn Rau is implied to be the leader of only a small sub-faction of the Mandalore Protectors so they still have to convince the other protector's to join them (plus the other remaining factions across the system). Going by the trailer we may very well see the beginning's of the Mandalorian Rebellion on the planet Mandalore , and if so then Mandalore Shysa shouldn't be far behind. We do, after all, already have confirmation that a Mandalore is ruling the protector's and likely other's as well by Sabine's line "Well whose in charge here; The empire or Mandalore?"

An entire town wanting you dead is a complement to a true Mandilorian, because if you are hated then you are also feared and fear and that is the best blaster.
