Love this warm up!
I do it every day, and in just 2 weeks noticed sculpting in waist and thighs.
it looks so beautiful! Hypnotizing and magical! :D I wish I could move like that!
Beautiful...
Awesome work ladies! A great warm up. Thank you.
Yes, I would like to as well. Great Live Drummers!! I have to teach a Zumba song to Poly members, and I would love to bring something with a Tahitian rhythm for both men and women.
Wow! Great job ladies!
I don't know who is hating but I love this video!!! They are purely amazing to me!
"No joke tahitian dance is hard work!"
For real just started it 4 months ago,i have been doing ballet all my life -but this -is a REAL workout , imagine how hard must be for those who are not used to being physically active.
Yeah its challenging though, I like it! Good cardio workout I use this dance for that and body conditioning have you tried Pilates?
No I kept hearing the name Pilates but thought it had something to do with yoga ( some of which I already do) but please feel free to educate me.
caroline salv me too lol
OMG the little girl at 5:20 is CLASSIC!!!
Amazing, So lovely
I have to get back to Tahitian class. I miss it
OMG I WOULD LOVE TO DO THIS!!!!
Wow, pure haters who hide behind a monitor! I love this video, it was the first, and it was very well done. Mahalo for sharing this with us and forget the haters-they clearly have nothing better to do in their lives.
I need to learn to do this for my husband. he likes this stuff. . since he is from Hawaii. . should just move to Hawaii so he can just go see it
Hi there! Great job!! What us the song you warmed up to?
yes please please can you tell us where to get music like this?? This is Perfect warm-up music, Id love to have a cd or something.. Thank You!
I absolutely love this video! Everyone did an amazing job of keeping up with the song, which did NOT look easy to do at all.
This song is perfect for warm ups too, could you let me know what the name of the song is because I would love to try warming up to it myself!:)
I've been searching for a video that slows it way down so I can get the steps. I want to learn so badly. Can you go into it even more? Thank you
@loketahiti thank you. when the hips push to the left, the left leg will be straight, the right leg bent. But when you push to the front both knees will bent right?
Gorgeous but fix that music its soooo bad lol blown speakers at the hall? They have pretty decent ones by sony for tablet for cheap cheap even computer speakers work.
Tamara Kennedy 🌗
Stop hatin yr not the one teaching the session thank u for doing it slow and understandable
THANK YOU SO MUCH! Finally someone does the moves a little slower so people can figure out how to do the moves properly! I wish I could see your legs a little better. Are your knees bent the whole time?
karenleefineart They are in a Ha’a position with knees bent.
that's a good video
does she rotate bending her legs alternatively when she twist in circle?
thank! great isolation for those abs .
thanks ,
whats the name of this song
lol. people don't realize it says "warm up." At least they are working on their basic movements b/c the basics are fundamentals in able to dance well and perform well.
@loketahiti ok thank you for your tips. :D
I like
at first i thought her comment was just ignorant but then it clicked, i think she probably went to her class, and tried it out but felt embarrassed that she could not and did not look like the instructor...at least thats the only way her comment makes any sense to me.
how does she/they suck? doing it ccorrectly and very welll
It's called a warm up.
People love to critizise, so i say: ''make a video ur self, so that we all can see and be the judge wether u can do it right or not'' Also people learn differently from name of the different steps, and style...I urge everyone to do proper research and gain more knowledge about the culture, dance, the people, language, and the land it self, to grasp what Ori is really about, not who can fa'arapu the fastest, or who is the better one...
how exactly are they making a fool of themselves? They're doing it correctly, nothing about this wrong. .
and you can't spell either so it looks like non of us are perfect!
Seriously u clearly now nothing about ori! If u think fast fa'arapus and fancy steps does the dancer, then ur wrong! It's about doing it properly, know ur basics, and to dance w a feeling, mana! Which is something that is not given,!
FRICKN' HELL THIS SUCKS WHO WILL STAND THERE FOR 7 MINS MAKING A FOOL OUT OF THEMSELVES SERIOUSLY AND BY THE WAY NONE OF USE CAN DANCE
