That's true but I do think the EU4 states do kind of match in northern Italy and Trent and Aquilea are separate tags which help (I tend to release and diplo-vassalize Friuli and the other Venetian tags). Everything south of like umbria is more confusing for someone like me who bases their knowledge around EU4 but some of the names do show up in EU4 just not as states like how Molise is a province. I played a no DLC papal states run just yesterday so my memory is better now than during the quiz but it more or less applies. Thanks for watching! What other country subdivision do you think I should do next?
I think that's all of them 🎉. Almost got them all myself (confused Umbria with Marche) but that was all with the assistance of a map, without it I would probably only say the islands, Lombardy, venice, Lazio, and Tuscany
The EU4 states do not match the modern regions. The borders of some of the regions are also more recent than the starting date of EU4.
