- This tool runs in our 400 ton Heim press. The raw material size is as follows:
.063 inches thick x 11.523 inches wide
coil stock, each coil weighs up to 6,500#
The part comes off complete per our customer's print, and we place them in a pallet-sized box, each layer is separated by cardboard partitions. The parts are then shipped to our customer's powder coat supplier. Thanks for viewing the video!

What is the tonnage of this press. Would love to see the backend support of tool room where you assemble this tool and service the tool. Great assembly of tool!!!!!
Every few months a customer needs a hole shifred or so. In such big tools is it possible and practical. Inderts can be cut and put in place for the new holes. But is it practical in such big progressive tools.
Like it - Quite a long stroke isn't it in that Press.
Bevoin1970 Yes, it is a long stroke. The stroke is 12 inches, which is a bit much for this tool, but it does the job. Thanks for the comment!
