Glad these are back! I bought all the episodes back in the day. I got a new heli a couple weeks ago after over 5 years off. A lot of my favorite companies are gone or have shifted focus...I'm hoping for a resurgence in the hobby.

I have tried to look every were for a V bar control and i cant find nothing.
There is a chip shortage all over the world so production has stopped. We hope things go back to normal soon.
@@BertKammerer Its an honor to get a response from you. Everything you and Bobby watts have done for the helli community is above amazing in so many different levels. I've and many others have learned allot from watching the two of you on smack talk. Im currently working on my first 700 size heli i got it brand new the Gaui x7.

I had it as linear before my mayden flight, but the people at the field stated that I must use store gov when using a hobbywing and Vbar Neo. What are the advantages of store gov over heli linear. Thanks.
Gov or Gov store is fine if you're using the HobbyWing governor, but if you use the vBar governor, you should set it to linear, it will work in Gov mode, but not as well and it is not the correct way to set it up.
@BertKammerer Are there any advantages of running the hobbywing as the governor over the vbar? Which one would you recommend?
@@rdjvelasquez It really depends on how you look at it. Some people prefer the vBar governor, they say that it "predicts" inputs from the pilot and proactively reacts, and this is true, but to get it to work very well, it will require a bit of tuning and tweaking whereas setting the vBar gov to "external" and running the governor that is built-into the HobbyWing in Gov Store is easier and works very well. Most of the people we fly with just use the HobbyWing governor and leave the vBar governor alone although you can't go wrong either way, you'll just have to do more tweaking with the vBar gov.
