This group the best contemporary sound male group in the seventies, way before there time. This was there hit song off this particular album. They will put you in the mind of the early Winans.
These awesome men of song was and still one of the best male vocalist group in the gospel music industry right to this day. Please guys, get back together for a live reunion cd of singing your hits. And Bro. Ezra, your keyboarding has always been of excellence. Be Blessed
This song should have been number one on the gospel charts back in the late 70's. They had the tight harmonies before the Winans, and i love the Winans. But this song was off the chain.
@chimmyrim Yes sir I was right there in the studio recording the piano track. Rev. James Cleveland was also there in the studio with us to produce this song only. He teased me about that piano slide I did in the intro which he thought was unnecessary. I smiled and did it anyhow only to be older and mature now to hear it now and understand lol. I just added the guitar, strings, syn. & the ending drum snare sounds just for fun in my home music room with Logic software sounds.
The opening picture is the original group with Hank Neal in the middle sitting on the piano. The first album was white with a med size picture chest up of those three standing. around a tree. We recorded this great album in one night! lol
P.S. You can hear Keith Pringle's voice in here as he sat in for Thomas Hill for time being, in the studio. This is the only song the late great Rev. James Cleveland sat in the studio with us and produced.
Brother Bufford, my siblings and I grew up listening to the Pentecostal Ambassadors. Parents would leave the cassette in the car tape deck for months on end. Is there a place the albums can be purchased. Especially the one with "What Kind of Love is This?"
Possible on Ebay. Tyscott erased the master tapes when the albums were cut. Big mistake! Everybody has been asking that same question. The best thing we all can do is copy each song from a turntable to your computer and make your own CD's

This is a nice arrangement from the original by the Rev James Cleveland and the Charles Fold singers.
we still love you my good friend, Hank Neal RIH........
All right now!
This song was orginally recorded by the BCS out of Huston, Tx.
Are all of BCS gone now?
@ebufford Oh I understand, it sounds like what you'd play at the climax.
